SRINAGAR JANUARY 09:–Jammu and Kashmir: Shabnam Khan, a prominent social activist and Vice President of JKPYC (Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress) from Baramulla, has urged for a paradigm shift in addressing the grave issue of drug addiction in the valley of Kashmir. Khan vehemently stresses the urgent need for the government to establish a comprehensive mental health care infrastructure tailored specifically to confront the intricate challenges posed by drug addiction.
