Rajouri Police Conducts Searches at Multiple Locations in Terror-Related Cases

RAJOURI NOV 25:-Rajouri Police carried out extensive searches across multiple locations within the district, including Thanamandi, Dharhal, Kalakot, and Manjakot. These operations are part of ongoing investigations into two significant terrorism-related cases: Case FIR No. 95/2013, registered at Police Station Thanamandi, and Case FIR No. 447/2024, registered at Police Station Rajouri.

The investigations are linked to a terrorist network operating in the Rajouri region, allegedly in collaboration with proscribed terrorist organizations such as Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). These groups are suspected of activating overground workers (OGWs) in Jammu and Kashmir to organize and execute terror activities.

During the searches, authorities seized several incriminating materials and documents that are believed to be linked to the operations of the terrorist network.

Further investigations into these cases are ongoing.
