PDP Gears Up for Foundation Day with Series of Strategy Meetings in Srinagar

SRINAGAR JULY 24:-In a major organisational push ahead of the People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) Foundation Day on July 28, PDP Vice President Mohammad Sartaj Madni chaired a series of back-to-back meetings with the party leadership from South, North, and Central Kashmir at the party headquarters in Srinagar.

The high-level meetings were convened to finalise preparations for the upcoming event and witnessed participation from prominent party leaders including Chairman of the Parliamentary Board Abdul Rehman Veeri, Senior Leader and former Minister G.N. Lone Hanjura, General Secretary Mohammad Khursheed Aalam, and former Minister Syed Basharat Bukhari.

PDP Women’s Wing President and former MLA Anjum Fazili, along with former legislators Noor Mohammad Sheikh and Yasir Reshi, also took part in the deliberations. Party spokespersons, District Presidents, and constituency in-charges from all districts of the valley were in attendance, reflecting the broad-based organisational outreach.

The meetings also saw active participation from senior leaders and office bearers from across the Kashmir province, who reviewed the current political landscape and discussed mobilisation strategies to ensure enthusiastic public participation in the Foundation Day celebrations.

The leadership reiterated PDP’s commitment to strengthening democratic values and addressing the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir through a united political front.
