Only Modi Govt which Consider long pending demands of OBCs of J&K

JAMMU JANUARY 09:–It is only Modi Govt which has Consider long pending demands of OBCs of J&K for providing reservation at par with other States.

Social Caste/OSC Category created by previous Govts violating Constitutional provisions under which only 2% reservation granted to OBCs has been abolished and OBC reservation introduced in its place making at par with other States.

Percentage for OBC reservation is yet to be finalised by Home Ministry, however it is expected as per the population ratio of OBCs in J&K.

Reservation for OBCs has also been extended in Elections of Panchayats including BDCs and DDCs.

Reservation to OBCs in elections of Municipalities is also expected to be declared prior to holding Municipality elections.

OBCs in J&K will get reservation first time, while it has been provided in all Other States since its implementation during 1993.
