RAJOURI MAR 18:-Police Station Nowshera acting on an ongoing investigation into Case FIR No. 24/2025 under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act a police team from Police Station Nowshera under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera and SHO Nowshera conducted a search at M/S Malik Shah Pharmacy a medical shop located near SDH Hospital Nowshera.
The search carried out with the assistance of the Drug Control Officer Nowshera and under the authority of a Hon’ble Court-issued warrant revealed violations of relevant laws.
Consequently the medical shop owned by the arrested accused Ankit Kumar S/O Suresh Kumar resident of Ward No. 5 Nowshera has been closed under Section 22(d) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act until further orders.
Rajouri Police have reiterated their commitment to strict enforcement against drug-related offenses and illegal pharmaceutical activities.
Further investigation into the case is ongoing.
