Students are the future of our country and the support of old age of parents . The future of our country and elder parents depends on the moral values imparted to them in their student life. Life and education without moral values is like ship without rude. Moral lessons should be properly taught among students in schools and colleges. Mere teaching, learning, improving knowledge and skills without building character and mind may not contribute to the holistic development of children, which is a must for the world to become a better place. It is the duty and responsibility of the teacher to impart moral based values in order to develop moral qualities such as humbleness, truthfulness, honesty, politeness, tolerance, oblation etc. among the learners. Values work as guidance system and
help us reach our destination. Education without values or indoctrination will fall short of achieving its goal. Prophet (s.a.w) Say’s: “You cannot treat people by means of your wealth; hence, you should treat them by means of your moral conduct”.it mean if we provide moral education system to our students. It will help in developing positive social attitudes in new generation which give rise to them to raise their
voice against social evils. The symphonious coexistence of different doctrines in society requires respect for moral and ethical values. Value education indoctrinate these virtues in a systematic manner. Ethical values is basically the knowledge of knowing what is true and what is erroneous. The Prophet (s) said:
“The best of you are the most well-mannered and generous ones who go on intimate terms with people and people go on intimate terms with them, and whose places of residence are frequently trodden on by guests. Only with morality we can preserve our sense of humanity and compassion for others’ sorrows
while at the equivalent time we can retain our sense of philanthropy for others.
Moral education is fundamentally a exercise which shows us the right and just way to lead our lives.
Being truthful, ………, authentic, accommodative, liberal, to share love, and attention, show deliberation, compassion and sympathy are basic ethics of moral education. If we want to give Moral education need to be focused at home, school, by instructors, elders and parents. It is best imparted by sharing a good thought/stories/gossip front of the teenager. Because teenager capture It very fast and yes, it is an education for all and can be done at each and every time. It is not limited by whatsoever boundaries and expert mentors. It is best taught by shown practical examples.
All parents should be very concentrating toward their children’s necessity of moral education. Childhood is the most vulnerable period which impacts the overall development of an individual’s character. As a parent be attentive about what your child is learning and from where. As a parent, you need to be
careful about the aristocrat and friends your child might have and take time out to make them
understand what’s right and wrong. The Prophet (s.a.w) Say’s. all those responsible for the education and upbringing of children’s teenagers and youngsters. Children are the foundation of our society the torchbearers of our nation. As a teacher/Parent one must take care of the moral training and basic qualities that are discussed on the children. It will eventually affect the fate of the country as a whole.
Special education is a must to be implemented as substitutes in school and universities.( If you haven’t noticed already, our teenager’s friends are some of the most important people in our life. … As parents, you have the opportunity to be the most stable person in the life of your youth. This role is so critical for your child’s emotional intelligence and development). All time a child is caught two-faced or grows out of hand, needed psychoanalysis has to be given to them. It is important to treat them as an equal and
show belief and confidence in them and make them confident to take their own calls. They should always be taught that it might be difficult, to tell the truth, but it is always essential to tell the truth.
Stories and examples must be shared with them so that they have more clarity of thought. Give them time and treat them with courage at all times.
It is also important to educate children to be disciplined and not to cheat while in class, examinationsand while playing games. And They are to be educated that there are no shortcuts in life and life is an examination where there is no syllabus, the only thing that can get them though is a good character and speaking the truth at all times. It is important to educate children about the phenomenal activists and legends who exemplifies strength and has shown character to fight against all odds and champion the
right causes to fetch groundbreaking changes. These reformers and prophets should be the role models that the youth should follow and look up to. Assist your children to find a cause worth working for, make them contribute to charitable services and helping the deprived. When they start these as a habit from childhood, they can take it forward in their lives. Each child can make a noteworthy involvement in their own way. It is also important to tell your children the harshness of the castigation one might get committing crimes and serious offenses. They must be clear on what is right and wrong. Be a guide than
a parent and talk to your child as a friend, it would be a plane process for them to learn. Share your past faults, its penalties and what you educated from it. Do not deject their daring essence but teach them to balance it between an adventure and a misadventure. Importance Of Value Education In spite of the increasing literacy rate and more people receiving education, the crime rate is refusing to come down!
The rise in crimes, violence and other destructive activities like rape, Gang War , terrorist attacks in the the world can be attributed to poor inculcation of values. And yes as we know all at most of them areeducated men and women. What they lacked was enlightenment. Had they been systematically taught the values of human charm; it is possible they would have trembled to think of murder so many innocent people. So the need of the hour is to make policy makers with much stress on imparting human values and enlightenment. And I’m sure it will have a very good result. The need of the hour is to impart value based education such as tolerance, trustworthiness, sympathy, and love for fellow
colleagues and sisters. And they should also be taught that the truth should always be at the forefront whether one believes you or not and the biggest lesson is to move forward without criticizing without harming others and one always has to go beyond one’s moral character and action and treat others well.
Also the youngsters need not only to be taught how to develop their skills, talents, and abilities, theymust also be taught how to use these skills, talents and abilities for the welfare and betterment of all.
Once values become everyone’s priority in life, all the negative aspects of life will automatically
diminish. The world direly needs people with high values to make it a better place to live in. We are living a miraculous world.in this regard Islam offers a complete solution that can help and solve all problems that humanities faces at present that is the moral values it simply mean where everyone values and love other. All of these are possible only when we teach a Child from childhood about the practice of peace, kindness, truthfulnesshonesty, tolerance, politeness, generosity, calmness, and above all
this simplicity……
