SRINAGAR APRIL 27:–One day workshop on “Career Opportunities in Information Technology after 10+2” was organized by National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), J&K at its Srinagar campus. The workshop was aimed at enlightening the 10+2 pass outs to pursue their careers in Information Technology and Computer Applications. On this occasion Deepak
Wasan, Executive Director NIELIT J&K welcomed the students and stressed upon the importance of computer education and skill enhancement through Information Technology. He also thanked the participants for taking out time during the holy month of Ramadan and comingto NIELIT Srinagar to attend the workshop.
Ashaq Hussain Dar Officer In charge NIELIT Srinagar gave a detailed presentation about
NIELIT. Dr Muneer Ahmad Dar, HoD CS and IT, NIELIT Srinagar spoke about the career
opportunities after 10+2 and counseled the students to join NIELIT J&K for their formal courses(BCA, BSc-IT, MCA and MSc-IT) and non formal courses (O/A/B level). Sh.Mudasir Bhat,VP

Srinagar presented their journey of success in a motivational speech. They talked about the
qualified faculty, par excellence infrastructure and high quality of education being imparted at
NIELIT Srinagar and emphasized upon the students to join NIELIT Srinagar for pursuing their
education after 10+2.
