Naib Tehsildar post of Budhal Niyabat vacant, people expressed resentment.

RAJOURI, JULY 29 :–Inhabitants of about eleven Panchayats under Budhal Niyabat in Rajouri district have been facing many problems in their daily routine works because the post of Naib Tehsildar id lying vacant for the last more than two months.
People of Budhal Niyabat and three Patwar Circles alleged that even for small revenue document or for the attestation of an affidavit they have to travel between 40-50 kilometers (to & fro) to reach Kotranka Tehsil headquarter after spending hundreds of rupees.
“About a fortnight ago the matter was raised before Vikas Kundal, Deputy Commissioner during public grievances redressal camp’ held at Budhal and the DC had assured to appoint a permanent Niab Tehsildar at Budhal within a week. But no action yet in this matter” said Manzoor Naik, BJP Youth wing Spokesperson J&K UT a prominent social worker.
To express their resentment over the alleged delay in the appointment of a permanent Naib Tehsildar for Budhal Niyabat, the local populace on Friday gathered at Budhal in the afternoon and expressed their resentment against the district administration.
Budhal Niyabat is non-functional due to the vacant position of Naib Tehsildar owing to which the local populace of approximately eleven Panchayats and three Patwar Circles are suffering miserably.” said Manzoor Naik.
Shabir Aflatoon, Sarpanch Budhal urged that a permanent Naib Tehsildar should be posted to Budhal Niyabat at the earliest so that people’s grievances are resolved.
