MLA Rajouri Raises Key Issues in Assembly, Seeks Relief for Flood Victims, Regularization of daily based Workers

SRINAGAR OCT, 29:-In the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly today, the MLA  Rajouri Iftkhar Ahmed  highlighted several important public concerns, urging the government to provide a special relief package for flood-affected victims in Rajouri district.He called for immediate financial and infrastructural assistance to help the affected families rebuild their lives after the recent floods.

The MLA Rajouri also pressed for a permanent solution to the long-pending issues of daily wagers and need-based workers serving across various government departments, stressing that they deserve job security and fair treatment for their continued service.

The MLA  Rajouri strongly criticized the Modi government in the Assembly today, alleging discrimination against the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that residents of the region have suffered disproportionately during the recent floods and urged the central government to extend immediate relief and rehabilitation support.

The MLA emphasized that the people of Jammu and Kashmir deserve equal attention and assistance in times of disaster, calling for fair treatment and effective measures to address their plight.
