POONCH SEPTEMBER 02:-Minister Javed Rana reviewed essential services, relief measures, restoration works, and disaster preparedness with the Poonch District Administration following the recent floods.
He stressed the need for swift compensation to affected families, immediate restoration of essential services, and safety audits of schools. The Minister also emphasized inter-departmental coordination, maintenance of buffer stocks, and scientific mapping of vulnerable zones to strengthen disaster response.
The Government, fully committed to rebuilding stronger, safer, and more resilient communities in the aftermath of the calamity.
