Members of Civil Society Poonch across religious and political lines condemned blasphemy Case of Hate mongers

Poonch, August 18 :- Today leaders of various political and religious beliefs met ADC Poonch Demanded strict action against culprits in Jammu blasphemy case.

The Members of Civil society Poonch Comprising of Hindu,Muslim and Sikh communities today assembled in the office of ADC and collectively demanded Strict action against the culprits in Jammu Blasphemy case in which FIR stands registered in Police Station Pacca Danga Jammu. The members of Civil Society in a memorandum submitted to Div Com Jammu (Through DDC Poonch) Demanded that:-
1:- Muhammad (PBUH) Is an Ideal Historic and religious Figer as per faith of all human beings on earth and we all of them love and respect him with the Core of their heart and can not tolerate any type of insult to him in any Case.
2:-That Such wilful actions of the culprits are totally against the Social And democratic fabric of Indian and J&K UT plural Society and are in furtherance of the conspiracy hatched by the hate mongers in peaceful and harmonious Society. They condemned it with the load voice on the plateform of civil Society Poonch Comprising of members of Hindus,Muslims and Sikhs.
3:- They jointly demanded constitution of SIT to investigate the case at an earliest, and also demanded that Investigation officers of the team must write to DM Jammu for accord of Sanction as required under sec 196 CrPC and Investigation team must also invoke IT act in the matter and cease Video Camera. Voice Sample of the culprits must be got matched through FSL Lab to collect concrete evidence to bring the culprits to logical ends and meet ends of Justice as laid down in In Indian Justice System.
4:- They stated that It has been learnet that the culprits had been in habit of indulging hatred actions and have played a crucial role in disturbing peace and Harmony of UT in past, So they demanded that PSA be invoked against them so that no further space for hatred is left in Harmonious Society.
5:- They also stated that they Assure the administration that they will leave no stone unturned to built A Harmonious Society in J&K UT with The help of Institutional Heads and want Same Co- operation from them also..
They thanked IGP Jammu Mukesh Singh Ji IPS for early action and anticipated that he will ensure that culprits are taken to task through fare investigation and examplery punishment is given to them as per law which will help us shut all the doors of Hatred in future.
