SRINAGAR JUNE 05:-The KRV Foundation, under the leadership of Dr. Ridwana Sanam, in collaboration with vwits india & the Red Cross Society of Gurgaon. successfully executed a transformative community welfare initiative for underprivileged girls.
Through this partnership, the Red Cross Society identified and entrusted 17 young women (aged 18 and above) to the KRV Foundation for a 6-month certified course in Pain Management Therapy. The program, offered free of cost, included both theoretical and practical training, with transportation provided by KRV to ensure accessibility for all participants.
Following the training, the girls were offered internships within the KRV Foundation, complete with stipends. The most outstanding performers have been hired by ARS Holistic wellness earning competitive salaries.
Through this initiative, KRV Foundation has empowered these 17 young women by enhancing their skills, increasing their earning capacity, and providing them with valuable professional exposure.
