Kishtwar Court directs investigation against man for his alleged committing offence of cognizable Nature
Kishtwar, September 07:–The Munsiff Court in Kishtwar today has directed to the Station House Officer (SHO) of police station Kishtwar to investigate the case of 75 years old man here on Monday.
The order was passed by the learned Munsiff (JMIC) Kishtwar Mr. Munish K. Manhas wherein the SHO P/S Kishtwar has been directed to investigate the case of cognizable nature of 75 year’s old man titled “ABDUL GAFAR SHEIKH V/S GHULAM MOHI-UD-DIN GIRI”.
“I have pursued the complaint. It reveals the Commission of cognizable offences as such I/C P/S Kishtwar is directed to investigate the matter under Law”, the order reads passed by learned Munsiff JMIC Kishtwar Sh. Munish K. Manhas.
The complainant was represented by Mr. Mohsin Ah. Dar and Mr. Imran Ah. Dar, advocates who argued and briefed the facts of complaint before the Hon’ble Munsiff Court in Kishtwar.
The complainant is a 75 years old man whose son was killed by the terrorist in year 2004 in Kishtwar. In this regard, the complainant received Rs. 04:00 Lakh as financial assistance by the Government under S.R.O-43, the complaint reads.
It further reads that the accused developed friendship with the complainant and took away the whole amount wrongly, falsely and illegal with his complete dishonest intention.
