Khan Tulwari Langate Villagers Hold Protest Against PHE Department

Langate November 16:–Residents of Khan Tulwari area of Langate in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district staged a protest against the alleged failure of Public Health Engineering (PHE) department in providing drinking water in this area.Residents of area block Langate-Batugund Road.

Protestors told GNSONLINE that they have brought the matter to the notice of concerned authorities from time to time but nothing has been done to restore water supply in the area.

Locals of the area appealed higher authorities of concern department eEspically Exn PHE Handwara for redressal of the grievance.

Later on After the intervation of Vice Chairman Municipal Committee Langate Jammel Ahmad Rather issured them I will take this matter with higher Authority. After this move Residents of said area quite Protest peacefully۔
