SRINAGAR DECEMBER 16:–Jammu And Kashmir Women’s Development Corporation organised a mega awareness-cum-loan mela (camp) under NBCFDC at Lawaypora, Qamarwari Srinagar. The camp/ mela was attended by hundreds of women belonging to socially and economically backward classes. The participants were educated about various self-employment schemes being implemented by J&K WDC and financed by National Backward Classes Finance Development Corporation (NBCFDC) Govt of India. Various resource persons present on the occasion spoke about Women Empowerment, Women’s health, girl education and other issues related to women.
Managing Director J&K WDC Ulfat Jabeen presided over the programme and District Manager J&K WDC Yasmeen Gull managed the proceedings of the event
