Jammu September 23: – A delegation of Jammu kashmir Rahbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum (JKRETTF) led by Forum General Secretary Jahangir Alam Khan today met director school education Jammu Anuradha Gupta in her office chamber at Jammu and highlighted various issues and demands of teachers community .
According to a press release issued here the forum delegation highlighted the issues including DPCs, IMPACT training programme ,pending orders of TG2 and TG3 of of EV converted RETs ,pending arrears of teachers, pending final award card of in-service B.ed teachers who completed their degrees through IGNOU and other issues of teachers community.
After listening patiently to the delegation on this occasion,the Director of Education assured the delegation that all legitimate demands would be addressed on a priority basis . While referring to the impact training she said that it would be extended to other teachers as well. SHe said that verification of degrees of some teachers who have obtained degrees from non-state institutes and universities is underway and orders will be issued to them as soon as the process is completed.
She more said that google form has been developed for DPCs so that teachers can complete it within ten days. She further said that the Chief Education Officers have been asked to send a demand regarding the outstanding arrears for the teachers and every effort will be made to release them as well. Regarding the Impact she said that these training programmes will be extended up to the all carders of the teachers. About the Pending final award cards of in-service B.ed teachers she said that she has already spoken to to IGNOU authorities and they will be asked to hurry up again.DEEJ assured that all the genuine issues of teachers will be solved on priority.Others who was the part of delegation included Provincial President Jammu Rajesh Thakur, Zonal President Mahor Pervez Malik, Sajjad Malik and others.
