J&K UT Local Bodies panch Sarpanch Association President Molvi Tariq Welcomes JKUT Government ‘s Decision to impose Lockdown From Today in 11 Districts of JKUT

Srinagar April 29:–Jk UT Local Bodies panch Sarpanch Association President Molvi Tariq welcomes the government’s decision for imposing lockdown which begins today from 7pm upto Monday.

As the pandemic Covid-19 with a new variable strain has spread like a wild fire, every nook and corner of not only in Jammu and Kashmir but whole Country was under it’s influence and as people know the government hospitals or private nursing homes had no space to accommodate Covid-19 infected patients due to scarcity of beds or medical oxygen. The alarming situation had raised to that level where even Crematoriums have no space for final rites of dead bodies which resulted these bodies had to face long queues for cremation.

Molvi Tariq in his statement , appealed all the religions heads of j&k UT and all NGO’s to come forward in this pandemic.The situation in parts of J&K UT is very grim so he welcomed the jk UT government’s decision to impose lockdown which begins today from 7pm to Monday to break the chain of Covid-19. He appealed people of J&K stay at home and follow the Covid guidelines so that we could defeat the pandemic.
