JKGBYWC, threatens to Launch a Protest stir against erring attitude of Department.

JAMMU: J&K Gujjar Bakerwal Youth Welfare Conference, State General Secretary, Advocate Akram Choudhary, in a Statement issued here threatned that team would launch a State wide stir against the erring attitude of authorities of Concern Department, which is very careless.
He said that every day we recieves a number of calls from Students fraternity which forces us to issue Statement when we seems and realised that there is no end in the woes of thousands of the students belonging to Gujjar Bakerwal Community who are pursuing various PG and UG courses in different streams from different colleges and Universities across the country, suffering badly due to the delay in release Process of Scholarship by the Tribal Affair Department.

Lot of Students are in Constant touch with the activists of JKGBYWC, team and Complaining that they are facing a severe hardships with the slowdown Process and attitude of said Department.
Choudhary Said that this is not a matter of this year’s scholarship amount, the Tribal Department has not even paid their last several years scholarship, which is the matter of great Concern and Part of unfortunate and in this respect we will never Compromoise and tolerate if it remains the same soon team would launch a State wide stir against the Department, authorities, Choudhary, while adding said.
He Said “In fact, some students are yet to receive the scholarships for the academic session 2017-18 and 2019 Even this year is almost over and they are in wait when their Scholarship will be released.

He said that some Tribal students are pursuing BTech like Professional degtees and they are totaly depenedent upon Scholarship they are from very Poor Background families and even their fees of the Colleges and Universities is still Pending and now college authorities are mulling the option to cancel their admissions. If this happens, it will ruin their career.
They are completely frustrated with the prevailing chaos in the system. Students have not received the scholarship amount for the last year too and the way things are going at the moment, clouds of uncertainty looms large over the non-release of scholarship for this year too.

He said that Department of Tribal Affair authorities had asked the students to fill their forms offline as at that time there was no availability of internet facility due to unrest and now authorities are denying to provide them Scholarship and making pretend of several types which is totally wrong and unacceptable it is the Prime responsibility of authorities to Provide them Scholarship by any mean it should not be the pretend of offline or online.

To fill the form offline was also the decision of authorities and now you are also final about the decision students need Scholarship which must be Provided to them without any further delay.

Advocate Akram Choudhary, while threatening said that if soon the decision to release the Scholarship is not to be taken team JKGBYWC, will launch a state wide stirr.
