SRINAGAR AUGUST, 17 :–JKAADP the fastest growing Political Party of J&K today celebrated its 1st foundation day
anniversary in all the assembly constituencies across the Jammu and Kashmir. The main function was held at Tagore Hall Srinagar to mark the occasion with a pledge that it will fulfill its
commitments, which it made to the masses on the day of its inception on August 17, 2022.
These commitments include that the party will strive for the restoration of Article 370 & 35A,Restoration of geographical conditions of the erstwhile J&K state, restoration of statehood to J&K, Employment opportunities & empowering the youth of J&K who are the future of J&K, fight against drug menace, holding of immediate assembly elections at the earliest & women empowerment. In the times when all the political parties in J&K has lost it’s persona JKAADP has
strengthen their imprints by the people friendly & futuristic policies for J&K in all the regions may that be Kashmir region, Jammu or Pirpanjal region.
“AADP celebrated its foundation day across all the assembly constituencies from Uri to Kathua as it wanted to get connected with the masses through these celebrations. Also, the party wanted people’s input to know how to give a firm push to the party’s agenda.
JKAADP has come to fore front to fulfill: To end the political vacuum created in J&K post 2019, Make political parties accountable for promises & delivery, AADP is a formidable alternative to change political landscape in J&K.
Foundation day functions are also held in all district headquarters wherein Party workers participated in mammoth numbers. All these functions were organized wherein leaders of the
party dwelt upon the Party’s genesis and its socio-economic and political agenda.
Addressing the main function at Srinagar, Party President Raquib ul Rashid gave a detailed thought and the circumstances that led to the formation of AADP in August 2022.
Other leaders & founder members of the party also highlighted the prevailing political logjam said that the union government must consider early elections as soon as possible in Jammu
and Kashmir so that people have their elected government in place.“They added that popular government in J&K can represent your developmental aspirations and the people will have a complete say in the day-to-day governance,” they remarked,
They said that rather than mudslinging on each other, the traditional political parties of J&K should introspect how they have always ditched the people on different political pretexts and slogans. While recalling the political deceits of the traditional political parties that reasoned a
perpetual socio-economic and political instability in the region; party leaders said the unemployment rate in J&K has jumped to almost 22 percent during the rule of these parties leaving the educated youth high and dry.
Mohd Ejaz State Media said that in August 2022, a political movement was born in the backdrop of traditional political gimmickry that had eaten into vitals of our society. “We came to the front to demand an inevitable change necessitated by the old and fresh political developments
happening in the region,” he observed.
August 17, 2022, he said, was a historical moment in J&K’s political history when the doors were opened for common citizens, who had been witness to a perpetual decline in political value system and apparatus of governance for decades. “With an issue based developmental agenda and putting forth a model of truthful politics began the journey of a new political platform called Jammu & Kashmir All Alliance Democratic Party.”
Raquib reiterated that on August 5, 2019 people of J&K including LADAKH were robbed off their sense of identity, historical and cultural bonds. “We have already declared that day as black day in J&K’s political history. Not only because our special status was snatched but the
people of J&K were completely disempowered and handed over to an unbridled bureaucratic
regime.
