Rajouri September 21:–Like other 19 Districts of Jammu Kashmir today a delegation of Jammu Kashmir Rehabar e Taleem Teachers Forum Rajouri led by its District President Aftab Tantray accompanied State General secretary Jahangir Alam Khan Provincial Chief Spokesperson Ajit Singh Khalsa District Vice President Ahmed Khan Zonal President Baljrallan Sandeep Kumar Zonal President Koteranka Shakeel Bhat and others met District Development Commissioner Rajouri Mr Nazir Ahmed Sheikh and submitted a memorandum for further Submision to Honourable L .Governor ,Advisor to Honourable Governor ( Education) and Honorable Principal secretary school Education Mr Asgar Samoon .
The main focus on the Memorandum was that the authorities of school Education department deputed a Particular section of teaching community namely teacher Grade 2nd and Grade 3rd for said program. It is worth to mention here that almost 90% 0f the above said teachers are professionally trained having acquired Teachers professional Degrees like D.ED B.ED M.ED and JKRETTF has always welcomed teachers orientation programs in the past and encouraged teaching community to participate In trainings but deputing a Particular section of teachers has created suspicion s regarding the very purpose of this IMPACT Program and leaving teachers from other nomenclature from same schools has potential to create Division and disharmony among the staffs which will ultimately hamper the teaching learning process in academic institutions and the particular teachers feel humiliated and disgraced due to this selective approach of authorities .JKRETTF urged the Higher authorities of Education department to intervene into this matter and to depute only UNTRAINED teachers from all the nomoculture for the IMPACT course.
