**INS Aravali to bolster India’s Maritime Domain Awareness and security operations.

RAJOURI SEPTEMBER 11:-The Indian Navy will commission INS Aravali at Gurugram on Friday (September 12) in the presence of Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff.
Named after the unwavering Aravali range, INS Aravali will support various information and communication centers of the Navy, which form a key part of India’s command, control, and Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) framework.
Guided by the motto ‘सामुद्रिकसुरक्षायाः सहयोगं’ (Maritime Security through Collaboration), the base reflects a collaborative ethos, working closely with naval units, MDA centres, and allied stakeholders.
The crest of INS Aravali features a central mountain symbolising the strength of the Aravali Range and a rising sun representing eternal vigilance, resilience, energy, and the dawn of niche technological capabilities in communications and MDA. It embodies the base’s commitment to ensuring maritime security and safeguarding India’s interests at sea.
