RAJOURI AUGUST 20:-The Indian Army’s Romeo Force has stepped forward to provide essential relief to families affected by heavy rainfall in the remote Kot Thannamandi area of Rajouri district.

Among the beneficiaries is Guddi Begum, a widow and mother of five children, whose house was severely damaged due to continuous rains. To ensure her family’s safety, the Army provided a shelter tent, offering much-needed protection in the difficult conditions.

Locals expressed gratitude for the Army’s swift assistance, noting that such timely support is crucial in areas where accessibility is limited and civil aid takes longer to reach.

The Romeo Force continues to play a vital role in humanitarian assistance, extending help to vulnerable communities during natural calamities across the region.
