RAJOURI DEC 15:- In a remarkable step towards employment generation and skill development, the Indian Army’s Operation Sadbhavana achieved yet another milestone in the Rajouri district of Jammu & Kashmir. The Ace of Spades Division, in collaboration with the Career Trust Park NGO, successfully concluded an LED Assembly Training Program aimed at empowering local youth.

The 15-week program provided over 500 hours of intensive training to participants from various parts of the district, equipping them with technical skills to assemble LED products and enabling them to pursue sustainable livelihood opportunities. At the culmination of the program, participants were awarded certificates and toolkits, further aiding their journey toward self-reliance.

The initiative garnered praise and gratitude from the participants, who expressed appreciation to the Indian Army for paving the way for employment and skill-based growth. The program’s success highlights the Army’s unwavering commitment to community development and empowerment.

This endeavor under Operation Sadbhavana not only fosters socio-economic progress but also serves as a model for sustainable skill development in remote regions.
