HANDWARA AUGUST 02:–Inclusive Education Wing of SAMAGRA Shiksha in Collaboration with ALIMCO (Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India) organized a distribution Camp for Aids and Appliances among the Children with special Needs for Rajwar & Handwara zones at Govt. BHS Handwara.

Camp was inaugurated by District Development Council Rajwar Sulaiman Mir in presence of Tehslidar Handwara Shahbaz Ah Akhoon , ZEO Handwara, Principal Girls Hr Sec, Incharge Boys Hr Sec School Handwara, SAMAGRA team from CEO office Kupwara and IE team headed by District Coordinator Javid Ah wani.

While interacting with these specially-abled children, the Hon’ble DDC Rajwar said that administration is committed towards welfare and upliftment of specially-abled persons and is doing alot for this community and a lot many things need to be done.

During the camp, 83 CWSN( Children with Special Needs) were provided recommended Aids and appliances as per their need already assessed.

Aids and appliances distributed include Tricycle, C.P Chairs ,Wheel Chairs, Smart cane ,Hearing Aid , Elbow crunches ,AFO/ KFO.

District Coordinator thanked all PRis and officers officials for their cooperation and Coordination for their presence and sharing valuable experiences during the Conduct of distribution Camp.
