IAS Probationer Seerat Baaji Chairs Key Review Meeting at DC Office Rajouri

RAJOURI DECM, 09:-IAS Probationer Seerat Baaji, currently on deputation in Rajouri district, today chaired an important review meeting with senior government officers at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Rajouri.

The meeting was attended by ADDC Rajouri Sheraz Malik, Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Rajouri M Nuvaid, and District Information Officer (DIO) Rajouri Ashiq Rafiq Malik.

During the session, Seerat Baaji reviewed the functioning of various developmental and administrative departments, laying emphasis on improving public service delivery, strengthening inter-departmental coordination, and ensuring timely completion of ongoing projects.

She also held detailed discussions with the officers regarding field-level implementation of government schemes, grievance redressal mechanisms, and steps to enhance transparency in departmental working.

The officers assured full cooperation and briefed her about the current progress and challenges in their respective departments.

The meeting concluded with a commitment to further streamline administrative processes and work collectively for the welfare of the district.
