RAJOURI NOV 12:-In a bid to ensure preparedness for any future health emergencies, a mock drill related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases health check-ups was successfully conducted in Rajouri district today. The exercise, led by the District’s COVID-19 Nodal Officer, Dr Javed Choudhary, was aimed at testing the efficiency and readiness of local healthcare facilities in handling potential health crises.
The drill took place at the Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri, where healthcare workers and medical staff simulated a real-time response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. From patient screening and testing procedures to the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), the mock drill covered all aspects of managing a public health emergency.
