GOVERNOR SHOULD LEAD DARBAR CARAVAN ON THE HIGHWAY

Commanders should lead from the front in all challenging situations. Men in top corridors of power in J&K get to know about the problems people face every day from State-controlled agencies, officers or the newspapers that are placed on their tables. On occasion of this Darbar Move from Jammu to Srinagar, Governor & Chief Secretary should lead the caravan of all subordinate bureaucrats, officers and Move employees by road to see for themselves the condition of Srinagar-Jammu highway and the troubles common commuters and drivers are encountering. If the Governor’s administration claims to be people-friendly and committed to mitigate common peoples’ suffering, it should not turn a blind eye to this sincere suggestion.
