RAJOURI OCT 29:-General Officer Commanding (GOC) White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General P.K. Mishra, accompanied by GOC Ace of Spades Division, Major General Kaushik Mukherjee, on Wednesday visited the forward locations in the Nowshera and Poonch sectors of Rajouri and Poonch districts.
It was the second visit of the GOC White Knight Corps within a week to the forward locations in these districts to review the operational preparedness of troops deployed along the borders.
Earlier, on October 22, Lieutenant General Mishra, accompanied by Major General Mukherjee, had visited the Nowshera and Krishna Ghati sectors in Poonch to assess the security dynamics along the Line of Control (LoC), particularly in view of the prevailing internal situation in Pakistan.
During his interaction with the troops, the GOC White Knight Corps urged all ranks to remain steadfast with a strong offensive posture and to maintain enhanced surveillance to ensure the security of the Nation’s borders.
A post on the official X handle of the White Knight Corps read:
