SRINAGAR OCT 23:-Mohammad Faheem Reshi, Chairman of Greater Shah-re-Khaas -a socio-political group, has expressed concern over the Acchan Saidapora dumping site.
The site is causing unbearable conditions for the residents of Shah-re-Khaas, Srinagar due to the foul smell.
He has appealed to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, and Chief Minister, of Jammmu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah, to take congnizance of the matter.
Reshi said that immediate action should be done to relocate the dumping site outside the city.
Reshi stressed that the health and well-being of the people in these areas is being seriously affected and urged the authorities to prioritize this issue by shifting the site away from the populated regions of Srinagar.
