Exciting Clash Between RDCA A and RDCA B in Under-14 Category (Say No to Drugs Yes to Sport)

POONCH MAY 23:–In a thrilling under-14 cricket match RDCA A triumphed over RDCA B by 16 runs. Electing to bat first RDCA A posted a competitive total of 139/8 in their allotted 16 overs. Danish Aslam top-scored with a brisk 22 off 17 balls while Shaid contributed 20 off 23. Ghulam and Zahid from RDCA B each claimed a wicket to keep the score in check.

In reply RDCA B fought valiantly but were bundled out for 123. Amir stood out with a quickfire 28 off 17 balls and Ghulam added a solid 22 off 19. Ubaid’s impressive bowling spell of 3 for 17 was instrumental in RDCA A’s victory and earned him the Player of the Match award.

The match organized by the RDCA management was a commendable effort to nurture young talent. The event was graced by chief guest Tariq Ahmed with coach Talit Waseem and academy chairman Pervaiz Malik Afridi present who praised the young players for their performances.
