Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS, From Mathura to Kishtwar, A ray of hope among the poor and downtrodden masses of District Kishtwar.

Since day one of assuming the charge as District Magistrate cum District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS had become a new ray of hope among the poor and downtrodden masses of the society. The district Kishtwar which was carved in 2007 from District Doda gets for the first time a young IAS officer in such a prestigious post after more than a decade.

The general society of Kishtwar and particularly the rural population is highly having a ray of hope among the present District Development Commissioner Kishtwar regarding the redressal of their long pending issues that can now be heard and redressed timely.

In Kishtwar District the area is vast with a maximum population of rural and far-off connectivity wherein some areas are without electricity, mobile network, safe drinking water facilities, motorable road, quality education, and many more.

Though it’s now challenging and tough for Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS to mitigate the problem and issues of general society in such regions of Kishtwar District, there is an automatic change in the administrative setup of the district wherein directions are passed for early redressal of the issues pertaining to the general society.

Born in a small village Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India in 1990, Devansh Yadav basic studied at Army School Mathura, St. Dominic’s Senior Secondary School, Mathura, and then All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi from 2009 to 2014.

Before assuming charge as District Magistrate cum District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS was holding a prestigious post in J&K UT as Managing Director –J&K Trade Promotion Organization along with the additional charge of Managing Director -J&K IT Infrastructure, Company and Managing Director –JKI Limited under the AGMUT Cadre and earlier was posted as District Magistrate Changlang district Arunachal Pradesh in the year 2020, which is now becoming a golden and historic period in the history of State Andhra Pradesh.

Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS soon after assuming the charge as District Magistrate started a mass conducting program with the general society by organizing Block Diwas Programme and grievance redressal camps on the Block level with an aim to provide better governance at the doorstep.

A few weeks ago, A Block Diwas Programme was chaired by District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS at Tehsil Headquarter Bunjwah wherein a threadbare discussion was held on the burning and genuine issue of the general society in which directions were passed for in time redressal.

The general society of Kishtwar District and particularly the general society of Block Bunjwah is having too much hope for the redressal of long pending issues and demands and proper functioning of all Tehsil Level Offices in Bunjwah during the tenure of Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS rather than a child hoping from their parents.

It is notable to mention here that during the tenure of Former Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Shri. Angrez Singh Rana, their general society is also missing him and his dedication on the larger grounds and is now hoping the same and more than that among Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS for the larger interest of the general society.
