District Administration imparts training to teams deployed in COVID-19 Management related activities.

Poonch: April, 29:–Today District Administration under the supervision of Sh. Inder Jeet (KAS), Deputy Commissioner Poonch, imparts training to teams deployed in COVID-19 management related duties in Auditorium of Govt. Degree College Poonch. Mr. Zamood Ahmed (KAS) Nodal officer ,COVID-19 and Dr. Ashfaq Choudhary, Orthopedician, DH Poonch imparted training to the participants.

It is pertinent to mention here that District Administration, Poonch has deployed 253 teams at Panchayat level, 21 teams at Niabat level and 4 teams at Sub-Division/Tehsil levels. The duties assigned to these teams including preparing basic data of eligible persons for vaccination, mobilization of these persons for vaccination, enforcement of SOPs related to home isolation of COVID-19 positive persons,Contact tracing etc.

These teams shall also sensitize people regarding COVID-19 related SOPs and will work to dispel information related to COVID-19 including vaccination and testing.

Detailed formats in the shape of Google forms have been prepared. All information collection and analysis shall be paperless.

Deputy Commissioner has directed all the officers to work tirelessly in the hour of crisis and contribute towards containment of Corona.l
