RAJOURI DECM, 23:-In a strong push towards environmental conservation, the District Administration Rajouri, in collaboration with Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), on Tuesday launched a major cleanliness drive along the Darhali River near Abdullah Bridge and Jullah Bridge under the ongoing Mission Clean Rajouri.

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, led the drive from the front, actively participating in the cleaning operation. His hands-on involvement, including stepping into the Darhali River amid the winter season, sent out a clear message that Mission Clean Rajouri is focused on real action rather than mere symbolism. The DDC also interacted with volunteers and participants, boosting their morale during the campaign.

Addressing media persons and participants, the DDC emphasized that cleanliness is a collective responsibility and appealed to residents, particularly local shopkeepers, to extend full cooperation in maintaining cleanliness across the town.
