Directed Tehsil Officer’s to bridge gap between officer’s and common masses of Surankote

SURNKOTE SEPTEMBER 22:–The meeting discussed performance of different departments and reviewed the welfare programmes being implemented in Surankote, moreover threadbare discussion took place in the meeting. The Chairperson asked for bringing in her notice the bottlenecks hampering developmental works to get them resolved in the larger interest of Common masses.
The DDC Chairman asked the concerned officers to expedite the pace of various developmental works approved under District Capex Budget 2021-22 for early execution and record time completion.
She reviewed the progress of “Upgradation of two lane with paved shoulder Akhnoor Poonch (NH 144 A) Project under PMDP”. She paid surprise visit at Degree College Surankote and reviewed the issues and staff position of the higher educational institutions.
She directed concerned officers and appealed public representatives to work in coordination to achieve fruitful results.
The DDC Chairperson also exhorted the officer’s of BRO and Civil Administration to mobilize additional men and machinery for completing the projects in stipulated time frame with productive and appropriate utilisation of the available resources following National Highway Authority Act 1956 in letter and spirit.
A deputation of Daily Wagers also met Worthy Chairperson at Dak Bunglow Surankote, Demanded early release of wages, Chairperson ensure them that she will direct the appropriate authorities to release their wages.
