UDHAMPUR, MAY 27:-‘ District Development Commissioner Udhampur, Krittika Jyotsna today reviewed the progress and implementation of centrally sponsored social security and developmental schemes here at a meeting of district officers and Bankers held in Mini Conference Hall DC Office Complex.
Detailed deliberations were held on various aspects like Issuance of Soil health cards, Organic farming, Post harvest, High density plantation, identification of home gardens, Promotion of Goverdhan and Bio gas, Production of mutton in the District, Universal vaccination etc .
The DDC directed the officers to work in close coordination and with accountability. She emphasized upon the officers to spread awareness regarding the social security schemes launched for the welfare of the common masses.
She exhorted the officers to organize joint awareness camps in consultation with PRIs, especially in rural areas of the district to educate rural masses about financial inclusion schemes and encourage them to take the benefits of the same.
