DC Rajouri reviews implementation of SEHAT-Ayushman Bharat scheme in the district ;Stress was laid for Special Mega Camps/drives to cover the leftout beneficiaries.

Rajouri January 22:–Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal took a first hand review of Sehat/Ayushmaan Bharat scheme in the district.

A meeting with regard to completion of balance targetted Population was chaired bg Deputy Commissioner, which was attended by Nodal Officer Pawan Kumar Parihar, Addl. District Dev. Commissioner, Sachin Dev Singh, Additional DC Rajouri, Bilal Rashid Mir, DSEO Rajouri, MS GMC Associated Hospital Rajouri Dr. Mehmood Bajar, Arif Lone, AD FCS&CA, Rep. Of Health Department besides others.

DSEO Rajouri briefed in the meeting that, 404114 beneficiaries i.e 63.57% percent of Targetted Population have been registered under the Sehat scheme in the district sofar which is highest in the union territory. He also apprised the chair, that 86.45 % of Families of District have been registered with atleast one Member under SEHAT Scheme.

MS, AH GMC Dr. Mehmood Bajar, apprised the chair that Inventory management software is being developed and shall be made functional, which will ensure the Patient management , Purchasing management, Receiving stock management (drugs, consumables, implants etc), Payment management and Supplier management. He also informed that the software will ensure proper implementation and will maintain transparency of the scheme (AB-PMJAY).

The Deputy Commissioner in this meeting directed all the concerned stakeholders that the targets under the scheme are to be achieved at the earliest so that all the families are registered in the scheme and may avail benefits under the scheme for Treatment in the empannelled Hospitals.

He asked the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs department to provide the data of all the families which are yet to be registered on this portal, so that necessary camps may be scheduled and steps may be taken to clear the Pendency.

He further asked that additional IDs with specific provision and feature to add left out Members of families, shall be provided to some VLEs, to cover all the beneficiaries in the district at the earliest with in stipulated time frame.

Deputy Commissioner also emphasized on the Settling of claims uploaded under SEHAT and issued directions to Health authorities, for early treatment and providing benefits to public.He stressed upon the completion of excercise, with in shortest possible time, in the interest of patient health care and asked the concerned stakeholders to organise Special Camps, with the help of PRIs in various Rural areas of the District, so that maximum coverage can be ensured.
