DC Doda inspects educational institutions, reviews arrangements put in place ahead of re-opening Orders enquiry in MDM at UPS Akramabad, Seeks explaination from CEO and Headmaster of MS Nagri for remaining absent

Doda, February 26:
Deputy Commissioner Doda Vikas Sharma today inspected various educational institutions ahead of their re-opening, besides reviewed the arrangements put in place by the education department for the smooth running of the classes after Covid-19 lockdown and winter vacation.

During the inspection the DC inspected Middle school Nagri and UPS Akramabad and took stock of the arrangements including cleanliness of school, sanitization, besides other important key indicators important for smooth and hassle free conduct of classroom activities in the upcoming days.

Showing strong concern regarding the absence of Headmaster at MS Nagri the DC sought explaination from the concerned, besides during inspection at UPS Akramabad the DC sought details about the Mid Day Meal management in the institution and found dissatisfactory reply from the staff members, for which the DC directed the Tehsildar Doda to initiate enquiry into the matter and submit the report to his office.

With regard to the leaving of Station by CEO without the prior consent of the office, the DC sought explaination from the CEO and and also directed him to perform his duties more keenly and responsibly .
