KALAKOTE JULY 20: The Block Development Council Kalakote today convened a meeting to discuss the functioning of various departments and preparation vis-a-vie Covid 19 Pandemic at PWD Dak Bunglow Kalakote
The meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Babu Khan, chairperson Block Development Council Kalakote. Block Development Officer Khalil ur Rehman and other members of the council were present in the meeting.
BDO Kalakote apprised the council about various development works undertaken by the department during current financial year and achievements under MGNREGA, SBM-G, 14th and 15th FC and PMAY-G
The council discussed various issues ranging from necessary precautions to be taken during COVID-19, hundred percent registration and geotagging of eligible PMAY-G beneficiaries besides various other issues pertaining to panchayats.
The council stressed upon the need to sensitise common masses, through IEC, about spread of the Covid 19 pandemic and necessary precautionary measures to be taken to contain the pandemic.
