Blaming Revenue Authorities and trying to Grab Land is new Modus Operandi of Anti-Social Groups trying to create Communal Tension in Poonch: Adv Syed Zeshan

POONCH SEPTEMBER 19:–A press statement issued here today by Adv Syed Zeshan on the behalf of his clients has dismissed as politically motivated and misinterpreted facts published on social media/media outlets by some Anti-Social Elements to communalise the purely Land grabbing case of Khasra No 2364-2365 at Mohalla Dungus W.No 5 Near Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Poonch.
He requested the Administration to take stern action against those trying to create communal wedge between the two communities and requested Media Houses to publish any content after properly verifying facts.
Non-Serious approach of Administration towards those trying to create atmosphere of fear by criminally defaming and intimidating the aggrieved party are playing hard to communalise the issue at the behest of some Anti-Social Agencies which needs to be verified before it’s too late.
He further said that Legal Notices have been served to those who have criminally defamed his clients.
He said that his clients are facing threat to life and property after some false and fabricated videos/audios and messages were intentionally circulated in social media which needs to be verified by Security Agencies without any delay.
He requested Police Authorities to protect not only the life, property but also the rights of Aggrieved Party enshrined in Indian Constitution.
