Poonch/Mandi, August,15:The Independence Day celebrated with enthusiasm and patriotic fervour in Mandi Tehsil of Poonch District where Block Development council Chairman Mandi Mr. Shamim Ganai hoisted the national flag and took salute from the march past. Various Personalities from Different Sections were Honoured by the BDC Chairperson for their extraordinary services, Officials of all departments were present on th occasion.
