Budhal// Sarpanch, Panch’s and people of Kewal Panchayat in Budhal block Of Rajouri District today boycotted the third phase of Back to Village Programme and said that the issues in previous two phases of Back to Village program were raised before the administration has not been resolved till date. Speaking to the media persons Sarpanch Farooq Inqalabi said that the administration is trying to cover up the failures of the government by organizing such programs. He said that there is no need to hold such a program which did not benefit the people as it only wasted the time of the people and also put a burden on the public exchequer. Farooq Inqalabi said that he do not want to fool his poor people, so that after proper consultation with public we boycotted the program he said. He said that even if the single work highlighted during phase 1 and 2 of Back to village programme conducted last year had been started by the administration, they would have taken part in the program but the administration did nothing but fool the people.
