Joint Director Information Jammu Made The Grievances Cell A Laughing Stock For Jammu And Kashmir

    GNS ONLINE NEWS PORTAL

The uprooted citizen and highly victimized journalist appeals to the Secretary General UNO for an earlier help and support for to save the precious life of the uprooted citizen

JAMMU NOVEMBER 23:–The number of public servants of Jammu and Kashmir nowadays becoming pen alarm terrified active without any restrictions and the latest example of Joint Director Information Jammu, is keen interested who has also made Jammu and Kashmir Grievance Cell a laughing stock for the people of state and country

Officers involved in scam scandals are being involved in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.to boost the yellow journalism in the state. for their vested interest instead of to boost the literary and cultural industry.

The joint director of information, Jammu, who is responsible for adopting all kinds of tactics to silence the real journalism, to hide their illegal actions, has been stopping journalists from knocking on the doors of courts. By misusing his official position and his penmanship, he has been targeting the truth-based journalists at all costs.

The biggest matter of sadness is that Jammu and Kashmir Grievance Cell has also been made a laughing stock, for everyone and always they keep posting unknown and meaningless answers to counter the grievances every time and also tricked the administration to mislead them.

That by corrupt work cultures of Joint director information Jammu the Online grievances are not anything no less than a comedy and stage show. The joint Director Information Jammu answers to grievance cell are always posted in the same prepared format and repeating the same number of times and the public servants in the administration also have no idea how to tackle and how to redress the grievances of people who having the faith upon the grievance redressing system

The network of public servant guards though are involved in scams, scandals in the state of Jammu and Kashmir is very serious and the crime is that they never allow complaints to be exposed or to be redressed, for which the joint Director Information Jammu is ranked as the first level of officer for making the mockery, disdain as well as the grievances cell a laughing stock for Jammu and Kashmir

Northern Times editor Ashok Raina has started his publication since 2005 but unfortunately from 2014 to 2016, it has suddenly been hit by a calamity of very criminal and dangerous conspiracy hatched by answerable and accountable officers of Jammu and Kashmir though are fully involved in number of scams , scandals and criminal cases and has forcibly stopped the uprooted journalist to carry on his publications in Jammu division unlawfully.

The picture and image of several JKAS officers remain as on key operators as Joint Director Information Jammu is published in the local leading circulated newspapers such as the Sri Times and Daily Excelsior of Jammu and Kashmir is still available in the library. for their involvement of in a criminal case as well as in corruption matters .

The special thing is that the present Joint Director Information Jammu, calls the Grieves cell, which is just good material for making fun of the parties. They keep posting the same ready-made Performa again and again, which is based on completely wrong and false and misleading the administration.

That one pretext to other the joint director information has been restrained editor Northern Times to carry on his publications from the Jammu region, on discriminatory and religion lines accusing the editor of non-regularity of the newspaper and the biggest thing is this.that when the editor of Northern Times kept publishing his publications continuously since the year 2005, then why suddenly the editor of Northern Times’s news was closed and why were advertisements worth lakhs of rupees hidden for paying bills to uprooted journalist and who is actually behind this conspiracy and picture?

The joint director information Jammu knows it very well. There is plenty of evidence and proofs against the joint director of information Jammu have forced the uprooted and victim journalist to stop his publication from Jammu division unlawfully.

As far as many other newspapers are concerned, several newspapers were empanelled against the advertisement policy of the state within the period of one day. , two days, three days, fourteen days or three months, they were brought under the purview of the advertisements . Truth and fact is that as per the advertisement policy, the newspaper should have been published continuously for at least one year, but what actually happens in the office of the Joint director information is available in the official records. There is a need to ask why the current Joint Director is keeping the salience over the sensitive issue.

The most shameful thing is that the Central and State Governments have proved to be a failure in guarding an uprooted citizen who talks about the support of all and the development of all and although the editor of Northern Times has qualified several competitive examinations through recruitment boards on an All India basis. But unfortunately, generally those candidates are appointed who have not even taken any participation in the selection process in all those exams being appointed and deprived the editor daily northern times to get the employment avenues to generate his needs.

After being deprived from government job and the work culture of journalism, the citizen and editor of daily Northern Times, displaced from his original home, tried to work as a stamp vendor so that he does not shy away from his responsibilities to run the house and look after his family with fulfillment of his desire and ambitions but on the region and religion discriminatory lines the editor and victim journalism is being deprived from his basic fundamental rights , freedom of speech , expression ,right to employment avenues and right to livelihood. Hence the joint director information has made the grievance cell a laughing stock for Jammu and Kashmir for his own vested interest has encouraged and promoted the blue eyed journalists of state.

Any untoward incident if to happen with the editor of daily Northern Times the joint director information Jammu would be highly responsible .

The uprooted citizen and highly victimized journalist appeals to the Secretary General UNO for an earlier help and support for to save the precious life of the senior uprooted citizen cum journalist for given the assurance of right to livelihood in his own state and country with dignity and honor along with his right to fundamental rights and equal rights.
