    Jammu May 09:–A case has been filed against the chief of the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir and a legislator in the state after journalists in the mountainous town of Leh alleged that the BJP leaders bribed them last week. The complaint was filed after a local court asked the police to file a case against the two leaders.

    Jammu and Kashmir BJP chief Ravinder Raina and legislator Vikram Randhawa have been booked under charges of bribery and undue influence in elections. Both offenses are punishable with up to one-year imprisonment for each offense, NDTV reported.

    A probe ordered by the local election officials in Leh has found an initial case of bribery following a complaint by a group of journalists that the BJP leaders offered them cash in envelopes at a press conference on May 2.

    The journalists had accused the BJP of “trying to bribe reporters for favorable coverage” to influence the national election.

    A widely-shared video clip shows envelopes being given to journalists at a press conference at a hotel in Leh.

    In the CCTV clip, Jammu and Kashmir BJP chief Ravinder Raina is seen with journalists and a party legislator, Vikram Randhawa, is seen giving them envelopes to journalists.

    The BJP has denied the allegations. The party said the lawmaker was handing out invites to the journalists for Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s rally in the region. It said it will sue the journalists for defamation.

    Rinchen Angmo, one of the journalists, told NDTV that a senior party leader handed over envelopes to four journalists, including her, in front of Raina. The leaders told them its a token of love and asked them not to open the envelopes in the hall, she said.

    “When we asked what is in the envelope, they told us not to open it then and that it is a token of love. When I checked, I saw many Rs. 500 notes. I returned it to them. But they refused to take it back. So I kept it on the table,” Angmo said.

    The video also shows Angmo leaving her envelope on the table.

    The episode triggered reactions from Jammu and Kashmir politicians Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah who called for action after the video emerged

    Addressing the meeting of BCC Dangri, Mr Sharma told the people that it is essential to defeat the politics of opportunism and exploitation on the part of PDP-BJP government, as these opportunist Parties are fully responsible for the loss of innocent lives at borders and damages caused to peace and development in the State especially in Kalakote.

    Mr. Sharma lambasted BJP and said that BJP will face the defeat miserably because people of the country have decided to vote against the saffron party for deceiving them on development and employment front, besides failing them on all fronts after securing votes resulting in there was complete chaos and restlessness among the people.

    Mr. Sharma further added that it is our ultimate goal to ensure overall development of the State, employment to educated unemployed youth, besides safety and security to people and further said Congress Party is capable enough to deal with forces inimical to atmosphere of unity, harmony and peace. they cautioned the people about the political gimmicks on the part of PDP-BJP.

    DC Rajouri takes stock of works for additional water supply for Rajouri Town ** _Sets deadline of 5 days for PHE Mechanical for completion of balance works at Bela_

    Rajouri,May 08: District Development Commissioner, Rajouri Mohammad Aijaz Asad has directed mechanical engineering of public health engineering department to complete the efforts of water supply upgradition in Rajouri by a weeks time with the main focus on the commissioning of the borewell at Bella colony.

    District Development commissioner issued the directions while inspecting the Schemes of PHE , the officials briefed DDC about present scenario of water supply in Rajouri town during peak summers.

    DDC took serious note of delay in commissioning of borewell Bela Colony which aims to supply 15LGPH additional water in Rajouri town.

    DDC also visited few other locations where borewells have been dug to augment the water supply. At Aiti Bridge it was told that electrical works are nearing completion and soon the water from newly dug bore well shall be added to main supply line.
    He directed PHE mechanical to complete the work within 5 days at Bela so that additional water supply is added to the exisiting supply and the overall water supply chain is augumented.
    Executive Engineer PHE Rajouri Sunil Koul, Xen PDD Munshi Khan and staff from PHE Mechanical also accompanied the DDC during inspection of works. DDC laid stress on proper water supply in the entire district especially during holy month of Ramadan. Xen PHE informed that in water stressed areas water is also supplied through tanker service. Three more Tankers procured by District Administration Rajouri shall be commissioned in next few days as an immediate measure to overcome the water supply demand gap.

    GNS Rajouri May 08 :– Civil Society Forum Rajouri addressed Press conference in Rajouri and expressed concern over the harassment to commuters while travelling on Mughal Road at Poshana Check Point.

    Tazeem Dar Member Civil Society Forum said that it is very disappointing that those travelling on Mughal Road are facing hardships on the name of Security Check at Poshana and appealed Governor Satya Pal Malik to intervene in to the matter  so that commuters could get sigh of relief.

    Ashok Sharma Member Civil Society Forum strongly condemned the harassment of commuters at Mughal Road and expressed concern that some forces are trying hard to demonise Mughal Road so that travelling on Mughal Road could be discouraged.He also said that no where in the whole country such harassment could be seen on the name of security check .

    Liaqat Chowdhary Sarpanch Member Civil Society Forum said that Patients,Students Children’s,Old age persons and ladies are the worst sufferers and demanded stoppage of harassment to commuters who wait for hours to get trough this check point at Poshana.

    Forum members also expressed dismay over the miserable conditions of Nomadic population  in wake of travelling to higher reaches.Forum members demanded Separate and safe tracks for nomads while travelling to higher reaches along with live stock and also appealed Governor Administration to frame mechanism for the redresel of issues to Nomadic Population.

    آج کا دور مادی ترقی کا بہترین شاہکار ہے، سرمایہ کاری کا بہترین آئینہ دار ہے، سائنس اور ٹیکنالوجی کا زمانہ ہے، یہ زمانہ مقابلہ آرائی کا زمانہ ہے، یہ دور سبقت لے جانے کا دور ہے، دنیا کی ہر تنظیم، تحریک اور ادارہ اس کی نبض شناسی کر کے اپنے متعینہ اہداف کو عملی جامہ پہنانے میں مصروفِ عمل ہے، اور ان سب میں جذبہ تنافس و تسابق کی جلوہ گری ہے، اسی لیے وہ اپنے ہر خواب کو شرمندہ تعبیر کرنے میں سو فیصد کامیاب ہیں، دوسری طرف یہ بات بھی ناقابل تردید ہے کہ بہت سے لوگوں کو مادی ترقی اور سائنسی تحقیق نے ایسا خبط الحواس بنا دیا کہ وہ اسلام کے بہت سے مسلمات میں شک و تردد کا شکار ہو گئے ہیں، وہ قرآن کو سائنسی اصولوں سے سمجھنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں، حالانکہ قرآن کو احادیث رسول اور اقوال صحابہ کی روشنی میں سمجھنا چاہیے تھا، اور اگر کوئی سائنسی تحقیق حدیث رسول کے مطابق ہو جاتی تو اس کو لے لیتے اور اگر برخلاف ہوتی تو اس کو محض ایک ظنِ فاسد سمجھ کر چھوڑ دیتے، مگر سائنسی تحقیق پر یقین کا یہ عالم ہے کہ بہت سے لوگ یہ کہہ دیتے ہیں زمانے نے ترقی کی تو سائنس کی نئی تحقیقات سامنے آ رہی ہیں، اور نزول قرآن کا زمانہ چونکہ سائنسی اور ٹیکنالوجی تحقیقات کے حوالے سے محروم ہے اس لیے قرآن نے اس زمانے کے حساب سے تحقیق پیش کی ہے-( العياذ بالله) کون نہیں جانتا کہ یہ نظریہ کفر صریح ہے؟! اس لئے کہ قرآن کی تعلیمات اور تحقیقات ابدالآباد تک ہیں اور وہی حق ہیں- اہل علم جانتے ہیں کہ امام رازی اور امام غزالی کے زمانے کی سائنس (فلسفہ) بھی کچھ اسی طرح کے نقوش مرتب کر چکی تھی تو ان حضرات نے با ضابطہ فلسفے کا علم حاصل کیا اور فلاسفہ کے نظریات کو پڑھا پھر انہی کے اصول میں ان کا رد بلیغ کیا اور فلسفے کو کلمہ شہادت پڑھایا- کیا آج کے دور کی ضرورت نہیں ہے کہ ہم دینی علوم کے ساتھ سائنس پڑھیں اور پھر اس کے اسلام مخالف نظریات کے تار و پود بکھیر دیں- اس کا جواب ہر ایک یہی دے گا یقیناً ضرورت ہے، لیکن میں سمجھتا اس کے لیے ضروری یہ ہے کہ ہم اپنے دینی نصابِ تعلیم میں سائنس کو لازمی مضمون کے طور پر جگہ دیں، اور یہ بھی واضح ہے کہ سائنس کا وافر حصہ انگریزی زبان میں ہے، تب انگریزی زبان کا بھی نصابِ تعلیم میں ہونا بہت ضروری ہے، اور عالمی اسلام دشمن پالیسیوں سے باخبر رہنے کے لیے نٹ اور کمپیوٹر سسٹم سے جڑنا بھی ضروری ہے، اس کا مطلب یہ ہوا کہ ہمارے دینی نصابِ تعلیم میں کمپیوٹر کو جگہ دینا بھی بہت ضروری ہے- خلاصہ یہ ہوا کہ دینی نصابِ تعلیم میں انگریزی زبان، سائنس اور کمپیوٹر کو لازمی جگہ دیے بغیر ہم اپنے طلبہ کو اس لائق نہیں بنا سکتے کہ وہ اسلامی تعلیمات کسی غیر مسلم کے سامنے کما حقہ پیش کر سکیں یا اسلام مخالف نظریات کا دندان شکن جواب دے سکیں- ایک ضروری اور اہم بات یہ بھی کہ ہماری عقیدتوں کا مرکز بریلی شریف ہے، اعلی حضرت علیہ الرحمہ نے ناموس رسالت پر جو پہرہ دیا وہ اپنی مثال آپ ہے، لیکن اسی مجدد امام کا تعارف عالم عرب میں اغیار نے *امام أهل البدعة* کے نام سے کرایا ہے، کیا ضرورت نہیں ہے کہ ہم اپنے بچوں کو بہترین عربی مقالہ نگار بنانے کے ساتھ ساتھ عربی محادثہ بھی کرائیں تاکہ وہ عالمِ عرب کا دورہ کریں اور عربی زبان میں عرب علما کے سامنے تحریری اور زبانی طور پر امام کا تعارف کرائیں-

    آمدم بر سر مطلب کیا ہمارا قدیم نصابِ تعلیم اس لائق ہے کہ وہ زمانے کے تقاضوں کو پورا کر سکے، یا ہمارے صوبہ جموں میں کوئی ایسا ادارہ ہے جس میں کوئی جدید نصاب ہو جو حالاتِ زمانہ سے ہم آہنگ ہو؟ اگر ہے تو ہمیں بتایا جائے اور اگر نہیں ہے تو ہم اللہ پر توکل کر کے یہ کام شروع کر رہے ہیں- آئندہ ماہ شوال سے اپنے ادارے *جامعہ ضیاء الاسلام منجہ کوٹ راجوری* میں درس نظامی کا آغاز کر رہے ہیں، اور درج ذیل خصوصیات کا حامل نصاب تعلیم نافذ کر رہے ہیں-

    *(1) ابتدائی تین سالوں میں عربی گرامر (صرف و نحو) مکمل اجرا کے ساتھ پڑھائی جائے گی-*

    *(6) انہی ابتدائی تین سالوں میں اردو املا کے قواعد، خوش خطی ، اردو، انگریزی اور عربی مضمون نگاری سکھائی جائے گی-*

    *(7)قدیم نصاب کے ضروری اور اہم مضامین کو بھی اس نصاب میں باقی رکھا جائے گا-*

    *(8)پہلے سال سے ہی طلبہ کو ایک سال میں ایک ہزار عربی اور انگریزی مفردات یاد کرائے جائیں گے-*

    *نوٹ: ادراے کے نصاب پر کام چل رہا ہے، بار بار غور و خوض کیا جا رہا ہے جب حتمی شکل دے دی جائے گی تو آپ احباب تک پہنچایا جائے گا- سر دست ماہ شوال میں ہم ابتدائی دو درجات: اعدادیہ اور اولی کے طلبہ کو ہی تعلیمی سہولیات دے پائیں گے اس لیے ان دو جماعتوں کے طلبہ رمضان شریف میں ہی اپنے آدھار کارڈ کا فوٹو اور مطلوبہ درجہ کا نام بذریعہ واٹس اپ ارسال کر دیں-*

    پہلے دو روزے :-

    پہلے ہی دن بلڈ شگر لیول گرتا ہے یعنی خون سے چینی کے مضر اثرات کا درجہ کم ہو جاتا ہے۔ دل کی دھڑکن سست ہو جاتی ہے اور خون کا دباؤ کم ہو جاتا یعنی بی پی گر جاتا ہے ۔اعصاب جمع شدہ گلائ کوجن کو آزاد کر دیتے ہیں جس کی وجہ جسمانی کمزوری کا احساس اجاگر ہو جاتا ہے ۔ زہریلے مادوں کی صفائ کے پہلے مرحلہ میں نتیجتا سر درد ۔ چکر آنا ۔ منہ کا بد بودار ہونا اور زبان پر مواد کےجمع ہوتا ہے

    تیسرے سے ساتویں روزے تک :-

    جسم کی چربی ٹوٹ پھوٹ کا شکار ہوتی ہے اور پہلے مرحلہ میں گلوکوز میں تبدیل ہو جاتی ہے ۔ بعض لوگوں کی جلد ملائم اور چکنا ہو جاتی ہے ۔جسم بھوک کا عادی ہونا شروع کرتا ہے اور اس طرح سال بھر مصرف رہنے والا نظام ہاضمہ رخصت مناتا ہے جس کی اسے اشد ضرورت تھی ۔خون کے سفید جرسومے اور قوت مدافعت میں اضافہ شروع ہو جا تا ہے ۔ ہو سکتا ہے روزے دار کے پھیپڑوں میں معمولی تکلیف ہو اس لیے کہ زہریلے مادوں کی صفائ کا عمل شروع ہو چکا ہے ۔ انتڑیوں اور کولون کی مرمت کا کام شروع ہو جاتا ہے ۔ انتڑیوں کی دیواروں پر جمع مواد ڈھیلا ہو نا شروع ہو جاتا ہے ۔

    آتھویں سے پندھدریویں روزے تک :-

    آپ پہلے سے توانا محسوس کرتے ہیں ۔ دماغی طور پر چست اور ہلکا محسوس کرتے ہیں ۔ہو سکتا ہے پرانی چوٹ اور زخم محسوس ہو نا شروع ہوں ۔ اس لیے کہ اب آپ کا جسم اپنے دفاع کے لیےپہلے سے زیادہ فعال اور مضبوط ہو چکا ہے ۔ جسم اپنے مردہ یا کینسر شدہ سیل کو کھانا شروع کر دیتا ہے جسے عمومی حالات میں کیموتھراپی کے ساتھ مارنے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے ۔ اسی وجہ سے خلیات سے پرانی تکالیف اور درد کا احساس نسبتا بڑھ جاتا ہے ۔اعصاب اور ٹانگوں میں تناؤ اس عمل کا قدرتی نتیجہ ہوتا ہے ۔ یہ قوت مدافعت کے جاری عمل کی نشانی ہے ۔روزانہ نمک کے غرارے اعصابی اکڑاؤکا بہترین علاج ہے ۔

    سولویں سے تیسویں روزے تک :-

    جسم پوری طرح بھوک اور پیاس کو برداشت کا عادی ہو چکا ہے ۔ آپ اپنے آپ کو چست ۔ چاک و چو بند محسوس کرتے ہیں ۔ان دنوں آپ کی زبان بالکل صاف اور سرخی مائل ہو جاتی ہے ۔ سانس میں بھی تازگی آجاتی ہے ۔ جسم کے سارے زہریلے مادوں کا خاتمہ ہو چکا ہے ۔ نظام ہاضمہ کی مرمت ہو چکی ہے ۔ جسم سے فالتو چربی اور فاسد مادوں کا اخراج ہو چکا ہے۔بدن اپنی پوری طاقت کے ساتھ اپنے فرائض ادا کرنا شروع کر دیتا ہے ۔ بیس روزوں کے بعد دماغ اور یاد داشت تیز ہو جاتے ہے ۔ توجہ اور سوچ کو مرکوز کرنے کی صلاحیت بڑھ جاتی ہے ۔ بلا شک بدن اور روح تیسرے عشرے کی برکات کو بھر پور انداز سے ادا کرنے کے قابل ہو جاتا ہے ۔
    یہ تو دنیا کا فائدہ رہا جو بے شک ہمارے خالق ہماری ہی بھلائ کے لیے ہم پر فرض کیا ۔ مگر دیکھیے اس کی رحمت کا انداز کریمانہ کہ اس کے احکام ماننے سے دنیا کے ساتھ ساتھ ہماری آخرت بھی سنوارنے کا بہترین بندوبست کر دیا ۔

    In recent past, a number of cases related on online cheating / dumping of money have surfaced in District Rajouri wherein victims have been duped by online cheats on the name of lottery win etc.

    Investigation of all such cases/complaints brought in the notice of police across the district were started on priority and many among these cases were taken to logical conclusion which include recovery of money.

    However, due to lack of awareness among masses, more and more people are falling prey to the online cheats and are suffering loss of their hard earned money.

    Keeping in view all this, people in general are advised not to fall prey in the hands of online cheats who lure on the name of winning of lottery or other such practices.

    Alongside this, many cheats representing themselves as bank employees call on the numbers of customers and ask for ATM Pin and Card No for unlocking the bank account.

    Many incidents of cheat in such practice have also come to fore wherein innocent people share their ATM Card No and ATM cash withdrawal PIN to online cheats representing themselves as bank employees.
