    جموں وکشمیر کے سابق وزیر مالیات سید الطاف بخاری نے اتوار کواپنی سیاسی پارٹی ’جموں وکشمیر اپنی پارٹی ‘ کی تشکیل کا با ضابط طور پر اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ دفعہ370کی منسوخی کے فیصلے کو تسلیم کرنے کے سوا کوئی چارہ نہیں ہے ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ معاملہ سپریم کورٹ آف انڈیا میں زیر سماعت ہے ،لہٰذا ہمیں فیصلے کا انتظار کرنا ہوگا ۔مرحوم غلام محمدبخشی کو نظریہ سازسیاسی شخصیت قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ سید الطاف بخاری نے کہا کہ موجودہ وقت

    میں مرحوم بخشی کے سیاسی واقتصادی نظریہ کی ضرورت ہے ۔کشمیر نیوز سروس(کے این ایس ) کے مطابق جموں و کشمیر کے سابق وزیر مالیات سید الطاف بخاری نے اتوار کو اپنی سیاسی پارٹی ’اپنی پارٹی ‘ کی تشکیل کا باضابط طور پر اعلان کیا۔سید الطاف بخاری کی ’اپنی پارٹی‘ خاص طور پر خواتین کے عالمی دن کے موقع پر ایک ایسے وقت میں شروع کی گئی ہے جب جموں وکشمیر کے3 سابق وزرائے اعلی پبلک سیفٹی ایکٹ ( پی ایس اے )کے تحت نظر بند ہیں اور وادی میں سیاسی سرگرمیاں تعطل کا شکار ہیں۔انہوں نے اپنی نئی سیاسی پارٹی کا اعلان اپنی رہائش گاہ واقع شیخ باغ لالچوک پر ایک پرہجوم پریس کانفرنس کے دوران درجنوں سیاسی رہنمائوں کی موجودگی میں کیا ۔اس موقع پر سید بخاری نے کہا کہ یہ ایک خوشی کا موقع ہے کہ آخر کار ہم اپنی پارٹی کا اعلان کررہے ہیں،جس کو ’اپنی پارٹی ‘کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے۔ان کا کہناتھا ’ہم پر بہت زیادہ ذمہ داری ہے کیونکہ توقعات اور چیلنج بہت زیادہ ہیں، میں جموں و کشمیر کے لوگوں کو یقین دلاتا ہوں کہ میرا ارادہ مضبوط ہے‘۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ5اگست کے بعد ، بہت کچھ تبدیل ہوچکا ہے،لوگ مایوسی کا شکارہیں ، سیاحت کم ہوکر صفر ہوگئی ہے اور مقامی صنعتیں بند ہوگئی ہیں، چیلنج بہت بڑے ہیں، اب یہ دیکھنا ہے کہ ہم ان کو کیسے بحال کر سکتے ہیں۔ان کا کہناتھا کہ اُنکی پارٹی کی ساری توجہ جموں وکشمیر کی تعمیر وترقی پر مرکوز رہے گی ۔سید الطاف بخاری نے کہا ’اپنی پارٹی کا ایجنڈا اٹانامی یا سیلف رول نہیں ہے بلکہ ہماری کا کور ایجنڈا محض تعمیروترقی ہے اور اُنکی سیاست سچائی پر مبنی ہوگی ‘ ۔انہوں نے کہا ’وہ نئی دہلی اور کشمیر کے درمیان اعتماد سازی کی فضاء کو قائم کرنے کیلئے کوششیں کریں گے ،کیونکہ ماضی میں نئی دہلی اور کشمیر جبکہ جموں اور کشمیر کے درمیان عدم اعتماد پایا جاتا تھا اور وہ اس کو دور کرنے کی کوششیں کریں گے ۔’پارٹی میں این سی ،پی ڈی پی اور کانگریس کے سابق سیاسی رہنما کی شمولیت پر ان کا کہناتھا ’اپنی پارٹی خاندانی پارٹیوں کی طرح کام نہیں کرے گی ، پارٹی کا صدر باری باری پر منتخب ہوتا رہے گا ‘۔دفعہ370کی تنسیخ کے فیصلے سے متعلق پوچھے گئے سوال کے جواب میں سید الطاف بخاری نے کہا ’دفعہ370کی تنسیخ کے بعد لوگوں کو کئی طرح کی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے ،ہم نے نئی پارٹی کی تشکیل عوامی مشکلات کے ازالہ کیلئے دی ‘۔ان کا کہناتھا کہ’دفعہ370کی تنسیخ کے فیصلے کو سپریم کورٹ آف انڈیا میں چیلنج کیا گیا ہے ،یہ عدالت عظمیٰ میں زیر سماعت ہے ،فیصلے کا انتظار کرنا ہو گا ،میں اور کوئی رائے زنی نہیں کر نا چاہتا ہوں ‘۔ایک اور سوال کے جواب میں انہوں نے کہا’دفعہ370کی منسوخی کو فیصلے کواگر تسلیم نہیں کروں گا ،تو یہ فیصلہ تبدیل ہو گا کیا؟‘۔جب اُن سے پوچھا گیا کہ آپ کا رول جموں وکشمیر کے سابق وزیر اعظم مرحوم غلام محمد بخشی کے ساتھ جوڑا جاتا ہے ،تو انہوں نے کہا’مرحوم غلام محمد بخشی کے پاس سیاسی نظریہ اور اقتصادی نظریہ تھا ،ایسے نظریہ کی موجودہ وقت میں کافی ضرورت ہے ‘۔یاد رہے کہ مرحوم غلام محمد بخشی کی جموں وکشمیر کی سیا سیات میں اُس وقت انٹری ہوئی جب پنڈت جواہر لعل نہرو نے مرحوم شیخ عبداللہ کو1953میں جیل میں ڈال دیا ۔ان کا کہناتھا’لوگوں کو مشکلات ہیں ،اُن کا ازالہ ہونا چاہئے ،ہم نے دہلی کیساتھ چلنا ہو گا ،جو بھی مرکز میں حکومت ہو‘۔پبلک سیفٹی ایکٹ کے تحت سیاسی رہنمائوں کو دوسرے افراد کی نظر بندی کی مذمت کرتے ہوئے الطاف بخاری نے کہا ’سیاسی رہنمائوں کو رہا کیا جانا چاہئے ،پی ایس اے کسی پر عائد نہیں ہو نا چاہئے ،ان افراد پر بھی پی ایس اے عائد کرنے تشویش کا اظہار ہونا چاہئے ،جو سیاسی رہنما نہیں ‘۔ان کا کہناتھا ’میں نے سیاست میں از خود قدم رکھا اور میں دوسروں کے آرڈرس پر نہیں چلتا ‘۔ان کا کہناتھا کہ’ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ سرینگر اور نئی دہلی کے درمیان عدم اعتماد ختم ہونا چاہئے ،ہم اس مرحلے میں ہیں ،جہاں کشمیر اور جموں دونوں ریاستی درجہ کی بحالی اور ڈومیسائیل حقوق کا مطالبہ کررہے ہیں ‘۔ان کا کہناتھا’اگر ہم اپنے مسائل پر آواز بلند نہیں کریں گے ،تو ہمارے لئے کون آواز بلند کرے گا ؟‘۔الطاف بخاری نے کہا’ہم جموں وکشمیر کے شہری ہیں ،بعد ازاں ہم کسی پارٹی سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں ،ہماری پارٹی تجربہ کار اور نئے چہروں کا مرکب ہے ‘۔ انہوں نے کہا ’اپنی پارٹی ۔۔قو می لبادے میں علاقائی پارٹی ہے ‘ ۔پریس کانفرنس میں نیشنل کانفرنس (این سی)، پیپلز ڈیموکریٹک پارٹی (پی ڈی پی) ، کانگریس اور بی جے پی سمیت مختلف دیگر جماعتوں کے سیاستدان موجود تھے۔جن میں نمایاں نام وجئے بکایا ، رفیع میر (این سی)، عثمان مجید (سابق کانگریس ایم ایل اے)، غلام حسن میر (سابقہ آزاد ایم ایل اے)، جاوید حسین بیگ ، دلاور میر ، نور محمد ، عبدالماجد ہیں،عبدالرحیم راتھر (پی ڈی پی)، گگن بھگت (بی جے پی)اور کانگریس سے منجیت سنگھ اور وکرم ملہوترا،چودھری ذولفقار ،جگموہن سنگھ رینا وغیرہ شامل ہیں ۔یاد رہے کہ سید الطاف بخاری اور دیگر سیاسی رہنما وں نے جنوری کی7تاریخ کو لیفٹیننٹ گورنر جی سی مرمو سے ملاقات کی تھی۔ 9جنوری کو غیر ملکی سفارتکاروں کے وفد کے ساتھ ملاقات کے بعد الطاف بخاری کی نئی جماعت کے متعلق خبریں گردش کر رہی تھیں۔ تاہم بخاری اور دیگر رہنماوں نے تمام خبروں کو مسترد کرتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ یہ قیاس آرائیاں بے بنیاد ہیں۔ تاہم اگر ضرورت پڑی تو جماعت کی تشکیل دی جا سکتی ہے۔

    Bunjwah 08 Mar : In connection with International Women’s Day, Department of Rural Development District Kishtwar organised an awareness camp in the premises of Block Office Bunjwah where Block Development Chairman Mrs Mariyam Begum and Block Development Officer Din Mohd Afaqi KAS supervised the function.
    Speaking on the occasion BDO Bunjwah Din Mohammad Afaqi  said that each day is a women’s day because women are working round the clock whether at home or workplace, like one woman lawyers, which shows dedication in their daily routine work. They said that various researches shows that women are efficient than men, she can deliver any task quickly as compared to men.
    Meanwhile on occasion of function reowned Socio-Political Activist Shafqat Sheikh, said that the awareness camp was aimed at providing awareness to the people especially the women folk about their rights and duties. Adding that its very unfurnate moment that despite directions passed to PRIs for mass awaresness of function on occasion of women day celebration, only 05 females including BDC Chairman attented the function. “Shafqat asked the authorties that despite strenthening the women folks across the country had meant only for paper works. Among 18 elected female Panches only 01 Panch , 04 elected female Sarpanches only 02 and among  03 female officials only 01 official was present on the occasion”.
    Certificate of appericiation was presented to BDC Chairman Mariyam Begum and other females for welfare of society. It was mentioned that the aim of conducting such awareness programmes is to ensure that Women are given equal status and respect in all fields and they have constitutional and Legal rights.

    Indian Army troops of the Romeo Force braved harsh weather and incessant snow and rain near Dera Ki Gali to rescue 09 passengers including 05 female passengers travelling between Thanamandi and Bafliaz. The TATA Sumo vehicle in which they were traveling got stuck on the road due to heavy snowfall which kept increasing with every passing minute. On information about the same, the troops and the local police stationed at Dera Ki Gali sprang into action and reached the site immediately and rescued the passengers and the vehicle. They were comforted at the DKG check post with tea and medical attention. The local population thanked the troops profusely for their timely help.

    کسی بھی قوم کی ترقی کا انحصار اس کی لیڈر شپ پر ہوتا ہے۔جس کے بغیر ترقی کی اُمید ایک خواب ہی ہو سکتی ہے۔ہر انسان کے اندر اللہ تعالیٰ نے کچھ خاص خصوصیات اور صلاحیتیں رکھی ہیں۔کسی میں سائنسدان بننے کی صلاحیت پائی جاتی ہے ،کوئی فصیح و بلیغ خطیب بننے کی اہلیت رکھتا ہے۔کوئی اچھا طبیب بننے کی استعداد رکھتا ہے تو کسی میں لیڈر بننے کی صلاحیت پائی جاتی ہے۔ہر انسان کسی ایک جیسی خوبی کا مالک نہیں ہوتاہر ایک کی اپنی انفرادی خصوصیات اور صلاحیتیں ہوتی ہیں۔یہ طے شدہ حقیقت ہے کہ کسی بھی میدان میں کامیابی حاصل کرنے کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ انسان اپنے اندر موجود خصوصیات یا صلاحیت سے آگاہ ہو۔انسان اپنی صلاحیت سے آگاہی حاصل کر کے اپنی تمام کوششیں کر کامیابی حاصل کر سکتا ہے۔آج ہمارے معاشرے کے لوگوں کی ناکامی کا نصف سبب اپنی صلاحیت کی پہچان کے بغیر ہی مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی میں وقت ضائع کرنا ہے۔ہمارے ملک میں کے مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی میں کام کرنے والوں پر ذرا غور کیا جائے تو حقیقت عیاں ہوتی ہے کہ بہت سے لوگ اپنی استعداد کے مخالف شعبے میں محنت کر رہے ہیں جس کی واضح مثال ہمارے لیڈر حضرات ہیں۔ اب ایسا بھی نہیں کہ ہمارا کوئی لیڈر ہی نہیں ہے ہندوستانی قوم کی بد قسمتی نام نہادلیڈر تو رکھتی ہے مگرہم حقیقی جامع خصوصیات کے حامل افراد کی لیڈر شپ سے محروم ہیں۔جن افراد میں لیڈر شپ کی کوئی خصوصیت اور صفت نہیں پائی جاتی وہ لیڈر بنے ہوئے ہیں ۔جس کی وجہ سے آج قوم بھی انتشار کا شکار ہے۔لسانی ،مذہبی،قومی اورعلاقائی تعصب میں گرفتار ہے۔ظلم وستم کی چکی میں پس رہی ہے۔جھوٹے ،فریب کار اور دھوکہ دینے والوں کے بنے ہوئے جالوں میں پھنس رہی ہے۔حقیقی لیڈر کے فقدان کی وجہ سے قوم خیرو شر ،نفع و نقصان کی پہچان سے عاری ہو چکی ہے۔ذاتی مفادات کو اجتماعی مفادات پر ترجیح دینے والوں کو اپنا نمائندہ بنایا جاتا ہے۔اللہ پاک نے ہندوستان کو بے شمار قدرتی وسائل سے نوازا ہے۔مگر اس کے باوجود بھی ہندوستانیوں کی فی کس آمدنی بہت کم ہے۔قیادت اگر مخلص ہو تو لیڈر شپ ملکی ترقی اور عوام کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے نئی نئی راہیں اور طریقے تلاش کرتی رہتی ہے۔مگر بد قسمتی سے ہندوستان کو وہ قیادت ہی نصیب نہیں ہوتی جو اس قدر قابل ،ذہین اور درویش ہو کہ وہ ملک اور عوام کی قسمت سنوار سکے۔لیڈر کا ایک اور اہم وصف یا خصوصیت بصیرت یعنی وژن ہوتا ہے ۔یہ کہنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں کہ بصیرت رکھے بغیر کسی بھی گروہ یا جماعت کا لیٖڈر بننا ممکن نہیں اور بصیرت کا براہ راست تعلق مثبت سوچ اور مثبت بات کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے۔فرق صرف اتنا ہے کہ بصیرت میں ہم اپنی مثبت سوچ اور بات کو اگلے درجے تک لے جاتے ہیں ۔

    صاحبِ بصیرت لیڈر اکثر اپنی جماعت میں جدت پیدا کرنے کے حوالے سے جانے جاتے ہیں۔ لیڈر کی بصیرت نہایت اہمیت رکھتی ہے ۔کیونکہ اسی کی بدولت لوگوں کو جدوجہد کے لیے کوئی مقصد حاصل ہوتا ہے۔ایک ایسا مقصد جس کا تعلق حال سے نہیں مستقبل سے ہوتا ہے۔لیڈر شپ کا ایک اور وژن اپنے ساتھیوں اور کارکنوں کے ساتھ مل کر عمل میں لانا ہے۔ہم ایک ایسے معاشرے میں جی رہے ہیں جہاں ظلم و بر بریت عام ہے،جہاں فرقہ واریت کا زہر انسانیت کی رگ و پے میں سرایت کر چکا ہے ،جہاں انصاف طاقت کے بل بوتے پر ملتا ہے ،جہاں دہشت گردی آنکھوں کے عین نیچے ہے ،جہاں غریب سہمے ہوئے ہیں،جہاں نوکریا ں مسلک ،علاقے اور سیاسی تناظر میں ملتی ہیں ،جہاں انسان وحشی درندے بنے ہوئے ہیں ۔ایسے معاشرے میں ہمارا لیڈر کیسا ہونا چاہیے ـ ؟ ہمیں سوچنا ہے کہ معاشرے کے ان مایوس کن حالات میں ہم اپنی ووٹ کی طاقت سے کیسے لیڈر کو آگے لائیں گے ؟ ہمیں اپنی ہی کمزوریوں کو سامنے رکھ کر یہ فیصلہ کرنا ہے ۔ہمیں اپنی ذات ،انا،خاندان، مذہب ،علاقہ ،زبان سیاسی وابستگی اور نظریات وغیرہ کو بالائے طاق رکھ کر فیصلہ کرنا ہے۔ہمیں اتحاد باہمی اور احترام باہمی کو مدِ نظر رکھتے ہوئے مشترکہ لائحہ عمل طے کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ہماری بے بسی کا مذاق اُڑایا جاتا ہے۔ہماری بے حسی پر اغیار ہنستے ہیں کبھی ہمیں بزدل جان کر فساد پر اکساتے ہیں تو کبھی ہمیں قتل کر کے غدار شمار کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔کبھی ہمارے عقائد میں دراڑیں اور شکوک و شبہات پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں تو کبھی ان ہی عقائد کو مسلمہ جان کر اس کی دفاع کے لیے مذہبی مخالف لوگ تیار کرتے ہیں ۔یہ سب اسی طرح کر کے ہمیں آپس میں لڑائے اور اُلجھائے رکھتے ہیں ۔ہمیں سوچنے کی ضرورت ہے ہمیں اپنے آپ سے لوگوں سے مخلص ہونے کی ضرورت ہے۔اجتماعی استحکام،یگانگت ،یکجہتی اور ترقی کے لیے ہمیں تمام انفرادی مفادات کو قوم اور ملکی مفادات کے تحت لانے کی ضرورت ہے ۔ہمیں علاقائی ،ذاتی اور نسلی تعصبات اور نفرتوں کو خیر باد کہنے کی ضرورت ہے۔اور ہم تب ہی ایک حقیقی ،با کردار ،صالح ،دلیر ،نڈر اور سچا لیڈر منتخب کر سکیں گے جو ہماری اُمنگوں کا ترجمان ہو گا اور جو ہمارے دلوں کی آواز ہوگا

    More than 30 former Congress, PDP leaders likely to join Altaf Bukhari’s new J&K outfit today

    More than 30 leaders, including 23 former legislators and ministers, are expected to join Altaf Bukhari’s Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), National Conference (NC) and the Congress, sources said.

    Srinagar:Before the launch of his new political outfit — Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party — Altaf Bukhari, former PDP leader and minister in the Mehbooba Mufti government in Jammu & Kashmir, was unanimously elected as the president of the outfit. More than 30 leaders, including 23 former legislators and ministers, are expected to join the outfit from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), National Conference (NC) and the Congress, sources said.
    The development signals the beginning of the “political process” in the region seven months after the Centre scrapped the special status of J&K under Article 370 of the Constitution and bifurcated the erstwhile state into two Union Territories.
    “It is a very happy occasion that finally we have come up with our party known as Apni Party. It puts a lot of responsibility on us as the expectations and challenges are huge. I assure people of Jammu & Kashmir that my will is strong,” ANI quoted Altaf Bukhari as saying before the launch of his party. Bukhari, a businessman, held the education and finance portfolios in the erstwhile state’s PDP-BJP coalition government.

    Ghulam Hassan Mir, former minister and chairman of Democratic Party Nationalist, former MLAs of PDP — Yawar Mir, Noor Mohd Sheikh, Ashraf Mir and former Congress MLAs — Farooq Andrabi, Irfan Naqib are some of the big names likely to join Apni Party on Sunday, sources said.
    Besides politicians, the new outfit, being seen as an emerging Third Front, will also include former chief secretary and political adviser to CM, district Pradesh chiefs of political parties, Block Development Council chairpersons, Kashmiri pandits, civil society and municipal committee chairpersons.

    he party will have representatives covering the length and breadth of J&K, including Gurez, Kokennag, Karnah, Jammu, Anantnag, Srinagar, Reasi, Pulwama, Budgam, Kulgam, Kishtwar, Baramulla, Rafiabad, Rajouri, Tanmarg, Bandipora, Vijaypora.
    Seeking to provide a political alternative and a new Democratic option, the key goals of the party include moving on beyond the “perpetually mourning” amendment of Article 370 and focus on politics, socio-economic development for people in a practical and rational manner, raising concerns of people at all possible forums and with all political parties, ensuring synergy between Jammu people and Kashmir people, working with the administration to implement measures for revival of political activities in J&K, including raising demands for restoring statehood and decentralisation of power in region.

    Bukhari was expelled from the PDP in January 2019 following allegations that he “inspired and led dissent in the party”. Three former chief ministers — Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti — continue to be detained since the scrapping of special status to J&K on August 5, while a number of other political leaders are under house arrest.

    JAMMU, MARCH 07: Dispelling apprehension about any major emergency with regard to Coronavirus, Government today said that it is monitoring and reviewing the situation closely and there is no need to panic.

    Addressing a press conference here today, Principal Secretary, Planning, Development & Monitoring Department, Rohit Kansal, who is also the Government Spokesperson, said that the class work up to the primary level has been suspended in six districts of Jammu and Kashmir as a precautionary measure.

    “Class work up to primary level has been suspended till March 31, 2020, in Jammu, Samba in Jammu division and Budgam, Baramulla, Srinagar and Bandipora in Kashmir Division. This is just a precautionary move and there is no need to panic”, Kansal told the media persons.
    He said the government is monitoring and reviewing the situation closely, even as elaborate arrangements have been made to handle the situation.

    Listing the measures taken to control and prevent the spread of the virus, he said 100% self declaration protocols have already been established at Jammu and Srinagar airports.

    “All entrants to Jammu and Kashmir via road are also being monitored at Lakhanpur and Lower Munda respectively. Help desks at Railway stations, Jammu and Katra are also operational,” he said and added 100% self declaration and thermal imaging has also been introduced for all pilgrims visiting the Sri Mata Vaishno Deviji Shrine.

    Regarding screening of the suspected cases, he said “287 cases were put under active surveillance; 95 of these have completed the surveillance period of 28 days.”

    He informed that 28 samples of suspected cases have been sent for testing so far, 25 have reported negative, 2 have reported high viral load but final report is awaited.
    He said Biometric attendance in the entire Jammu and Kashmir has also been suspended till March 31 as a precautionary measure. He said advisory against large gathering has also been issued.

    “The government strongly urges all social, religious and political organizations to avoid large gatherings. We are grateful that many organizations have responded to our advice and deferred such gatherings,” he informed further.

    He further urged citizens, especially those with travel history to affected countries such as China, Iran, Italy etc to self declare immediately and to report to the nearest government health facility about any symptoms.

    The Principal Secretary further informed that Helplines have already been established and are functional and urged people with travel history to call the same for advice or assistance.
    Responding to media queries, he said that there is no shortage of safety masks or any other equipment.
    He reiterated that entire administrative machinery is fully geared to handle any challenges on this count and there is no need for any panic.

    “However, we reiterate that citizens must take basic precautions such as hygiene, hand washing, respiratory etiquette. They must also report any symptoms to the medical authorities immediately,” he added.
    Dr. Syed Sehrish Asgar, Director Information & Public Relations; Bhupinder Kumar, Mission Director NHM; Dr. Shafqat, Nodal Officer, Corona virus, UT J&K were also present on the occasion.

    Srinagar, Mar 07 (GNS): In a swift move, the district administration Srinagar has announced payment of Rupees 15 lakh compensation in favour of Next of Kin (NoK) of Khanyar fire victims.

    Talking to GNS, the District Development Commissioner Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary told GNS that the 15 lakh would be deposited in the account of the girl namely Soheda Javid (8) who lost her parents and 4-year-old sister in the tragic fire incident.

    The government will also bear education and the other expenses of the girl child, the Deputy Commissioner said.

    As per the procedure, the amount would go in a joint account of the girl and the DC and the money along with interest would be given to the girl after she attains age of 18-years.

    As reported already a couple, Javid Ahmad Hakak (40), his wife Sobiya (28) and their daughter Hafsa (4) were burnt alive after their house was completely damaged in the overnight fire incident at Sheeshgari Mohalla of Khanyar in Old City Srinagar. (GNS)

    لکھنؤ:ایودھیا میں بابری مسجد ڈھانچے کو مسمار کئے جانے کے فوجداری معاملے میں لکھنؤ کی ایک خصوصی سی بی آئی عدالت نے ایل کے ایڈوانی سمیت 33ملزمین کو جواب طلب کیا ہے ۔ اس سے پہلے سی بی آئی کے آخر ی اور معاملے کے 294ویں گواہ ایم نارائین کی گواہی جمعہ کو مکمل ہوئی ۔
    بتا دیں کی 6دسمبر 1992کو رام جنم بھومی تھانے کے انچارج پرینودا ناتھ شکلا اور رام جنم بھومی پولیس چوکی انجار چ گنگا پرساد تیواری نے سینگڑوں کار سیوکوں کیخلاف بابری مسجد انہدام معاملے میں رپورٹ درج کروائی تھی۔

    وہیں میڈیا اور دوسرے افراد نے اس معاملے میں قریب 48ایف آئی آر درج کروائی تھیں۔ معاملے کی جانچ پہلے مقامی پولیس پھر سی بی سی آئی ڈی اور اس کے بعد سی بی آئی نے کی ۔ 31مئی 2017کو سی بی آئی نے اس معاملے میں 49ملزمین کیخلاف چارج شیٹ داخل کرائی تھی ۔ان 49ملزمین میں سے فی الحال 33ملزمین زندہ ہیں جبکہ اشوک سنگھل،بالاصاحب ٹھاکرے ، مہنت اویدھناتھ سمیت 16ملزمین کی موت ہو چکی ہے۔
    سی بی آئی کے خصوصی جج ایودھیا کیس ایس کے یادو نے سی آر پی سی 313کے تحت ملزمین کے بیانات قلمبند کرنے کاعمل آج سے شروع کرنے کا حکم دیاہے۔لال کرشن ایڈوانی ،مرلی منوہر جوشی ، کلیان سنگھ ، اوما بھارتی ، سادھوی رتمبھرا سمیت 33افراد اس معاملے میں ملزم پائے گئے ہیں۔سی آر پی سی 313کے تحت ملزمین کے بیان قلمبند کرنے کا عمل جمعہ سے شروع ہو چکا ہے۔سی بی آئی نے استغاثہ کی جانب سے اس معاملے میں 294گواہوں کے بیانات قلمبند کرائے ہیں۔ملزمین کے بیانات شروع ہونے کے ساتھ ہی یہ معاملہ اپنے فیصلے کی جانب تیزی سے بڑھ جائے گا۔

    دراصل،سپریم کورٹ نے 19اپریل 2017سے نچلی عدالت کو دو سال میں سماعت مکمل کرنے کاحکم دیا تھا۔سپریم کورٹ نے 19جولائی 2019کو پھر حکم دیا کہ اس معاملے میںنو ماہ میں فیصلہ سنا دیا جائے ۔ سی بی آئی نے بابری مسجد کے انہدام کے معاملے کی جانچ اپنے ہاتھ میں لی تھی ، جس میں نفرت بھر ے الفاظ کہنے کو لے کر لال کرشن ایڈوانی ، اشوک سنگھل ، ونے کٹیار ، اوما بھارتی ، سادھوی رتمبھرا ، مرلی منوہر جوشی ، گری راج کشور اور وشنو ہری ڈالمیا کے خلاف معاملات درج ہیں۔

    Deputy CMO Rajouri,Dr.Anees Altaf Mir while speaking on the occasion said that girls are the future of our society and the need of the hour is to ensure that they are not deprived of their fundamental rights.He added that whenever the girls have been given a chance to nurture their talent and skills,they have always excelled in all the areas of life.He added that women can bring revolutionary development in the society and collective effort needs to be done in the direction of promotion of women welfare in the society.He also made the girl students aware of the cause of spread of coronavirus and the ways which can be adopted to prevent it.

    While speaking on the occasion,Administrator OSC made the girl students aware of the functioning of OSC and the kind of aid provided to the women affected with violence.She also disseminated information among the girl students about various women welfare oriented schemes of the government and urged upon them avail the benefit of these schemes.She said that women are an important pillar of our society and never a burden for family and society so they must be treated equal to that of men.
