    This bridge is a main source of transport between Poonch City and many other villages of Poonch like Chandak,Mandi,Sawjain, Loran,Fatehpur etc.Which are the far-flung villages of border district Poonch.

    Due to which a heavy traffic remain present always on this route.But due to the poor condition of bridge all the travellers have to suffer a lot always. And the “Jugaad” of government will be no more prove successful for transportation Siddiqui said and aded that he need the kind attention of government regarding this issue.

    Aijaz Siddiqui highly request to the government & Lt governor to focus on such type of problems which the public is suffering more.

    Rajouri March 21 :- As per the order of District Magistrate Rajouri, restrictions on business establishments except grocery, vegetables, medicine and milk shops were enforced whereas public transport vehicles remained off road for third consecutive day.

    Meanwhile, for violation of the restriction order, police have registered FIR against owner of Chopra fast food Rajouri town and owner of Taaza food corner Palangarh Thanamandi.

    One bus driver booked in Thanamandi, one Tata Sumo and an auto driver booked in Budhal, one tempo winger driver booked in Kalakote.
    All the drivers booked under 188 IPC for violation of DM order.

    Police appeals all to co-operate and follow the order issued by administration for safety of people’s life against COVID19.

    Police also appeals people for following the Janta Curfew on Sunday and to play their role in fight against COVID19.

    Rajouri March 21:-Keeping In View the apprehension regarding the spread of Corona Virus(COVID 19) It is decided in a meeting held under the Chairmanship of Abdul Qayoom Dar  Administrator Shahdra Sharief and Auqaf Islamia Rajouri wherein large number of Religious Preachers also participated that mass  gatherings on Shab e Miraj un Nabi  in Shrines and Mosque’s shall be avoided and the functions all over the district shall also remain suspended.

    Muslim community is advised and requested to pray at their  respective places and avoid religous gatherings till the situation improves,Abdul Qayoom Dar said

    Khateeb Markazi Jamia Masjid Rajouri Molana Ghulam Rasool also appealed muslim community to avoid mass gatherings for performing religious duties till the condition becomes favorable as advised by the world renowned Doctors and WHO. 

    President Ahlae Sunnat al jamaat Molana Farooq Naqasbandhi also appealed muslim community to fight war against Corona with strong conviction by keeping social distancing for few days .He also favoured suspension of mass gatherings on the eve of Shab e Miraj and advised all to stay at their respective places and pray .

    کشتواڑ : راشٹریہ کرانتی کاری ٹرید یونین آف انڈیا کے ریاستی جرنل شکٹری شاہنواز اہنگر نے مرکزی حکومت سے زوردار مطالبہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کرونہ وائرس کی وجہ سے عام عوام پریشان حال ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ مرکزی حکومت جلد جموں وکشمیر میں فی کنبہ مفت راشن، مفت بجلی اور مالی امداد کا اعلان کرے، اہنگر نے کہا کہ اس بڑھتی ہوئی مہنگائی میں دو وقت کی روٹی حاصل کرنا مشکل ہوگیا ہے اوپر سے بےروزگاری نے بھی کمر توڑ دی ہے ، مرکزی حکومت جلد ان تین مطالبات کا اعلان کرکے عوام کو تحفہ فراہم کرے، اہنگر نے کہا کہ مرکزی حکومت جموں وکشمیر میں باشندگان کے لے بلاناغہ مفت راشت، مفت بجلی، مالی امداد فراہم کرنے کے لئے جامیہ پولیسی تیار کرے، انہوں نے کہا کہ اس وقت جموں کشمیر یوٹی میں تبدیل ہوچکا ہے اور عوام اب سکون سے بغیر کسی پریشانی کے آرام سے زندگی گزر بسر کرنا چاہتی ہے، اہنگر نے کہا کہ دوائیاں حکومتی سطح پر مفت تقسیم ہوں تاکہ عوام بیماری کی حالت میں دوائیوں کا استعمال کرسکے، اہنگر نے کہا کہ اس وقت حکومت کو تیل خاکی، چاول، آٹا ،دال ، گھی، صابن، سرف، کپڑے، اگر بتی، و دیگر ضروری اخراجات کو مفت میں تقسیم کرنے کی ضرورت ہے جب تک نہ کوہی روزگار کا بندوبست ہوجائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یقین ہے حکومت ہند جلد اقدامات اٹھائے گئی ۔

    ٹھاٹھری/ سال 1980 سے ٹھاٹھری میں مقیم محمد شفع نامی شخص محکمہ رینیو سے درخواست کرتا آرہا ہے اور اس کء کاغذات پر کوئی بھی غور نہیں دیا جارہا ہے محمد شفع بٹ کے فرزند مدثر بٹ نے نمائدہ سے تفصیل سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ انکی زمین نئی بستی پائن اسکول ٹھاٹھری کے پاس ہے جس کے کاغذات سال 1985 سے اب تک جمع نہیں کئے ہیں لیکن محکمہ کی جانب سے کافی بار کاغذات میں تبدیلی لائی گئی جو بلکل نا ممکن ہے مظہر کو سال 2017 تک ٹوٹل رقبہ بارہ مرلہ بتایا گیا بعد سال 2017 میں محکمہ کی جانب سے مظہر کی زمین دوسرے افراد کے نام کی گئی ہے جو مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر کیا گیا ہے اور جس میں دو مرلہ دوکان دس مرلہ باقی زمین محکمہ نے ایک رپورٹ میں کہا تھا لیکن آج اس کا بھی ذکر شامل نہیں مدثر بٹ نے خطاب کے دوران یہ بھی کہا کہ اگر ساڑھے تین مرلہ کسی کے نام بھی کیا گیا تو باقی دوکان اور آدھا مرلہ کہا گیا اسی سلسلے کو لیکر میں نے کافی بار دفتر میں درخواست کی لیکن کوئی بھی نظر نہ کی گئی اور نہ ہی کوئی جوابی کارروائی عمل میں آئی اسکے بعد تحصیل دفتر سے ایس ڈی ایم دفتر ٹھاٹھری تک پہنچا اور سالوں تک پھر بھی کوئی کاروائی نہ ہوئی
    عدالت ٹھاٹھری نے اسےسال2016 تک کاغذات میں پاتے ایک بنک قرضہ لینے کے سلسلے میں رینیو کے کاغذات کو دیکھتے ہوئے ایک اگریمنٹ پاس کیا گیا جو کہ دو سال کلیئے مدثر بٹ نے امتیاز احمد تیلی کو دوکان کرایہ پر دی گئی تھی کرایہ مقرر ہونے کے لئے عدالت میں حاضر ہوئے تھے جو کہ رینیو کے کاغذات کے مطابق جج نے دستخط کی تھی بعد از وہ دکان رینیو کے کاغذات سے کہا غائب ہوئی
    اب مدثر بٹ نے اپیل کی ہے اسے اپنا حق دیا جائے تاکہ اپنے پریوار کا مستقبل روشنی میں دیکھ سکے

    AC approves setting up of 4 Fast Track Special Courts Government to ensure speedy trial of POCSO cases

    JAMMU, MARCH 20: The Administrative Council (AC) which met under the chairmanship of Lieutenant Governor, G C Murmu accorded sanction to establishment of four Fast Track Special Courts in Jammu & Kashmir for effective implementation of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2018 by ensuring targeted disposal of pending rape and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) cases.

    Out of the four Courts, two FTSCs, one each in Jammu and Srinagar shall exclusively be meant for trial of cases registered under POCSO Act. Other two, at Kulgam and Reasi shall deal with cases involving offences against women including rape.

    The AC also approved establishment of Office of Special Public Prosecutors along with other staff, for the two Fast Track Courts that shall be set up at Jammu and Srinagar exclusively for POCSO cases.

    Srinagar, Mar 20: Amid restrictions imposed by administration asa “precautionary measure” to deal with the COVID-19 threat, several Mosques in Srinagar city cut short Friday congregational prayers.

    According to KNS several Mosques in Srinagar city and adjoining areas briefed Friday congregational prayers amid Corona Virus epidemic scare.

    Reports said in uptown and downtown areas of Srinagar city, management of several Mosques decided to carry out Friday congregational prayers for a brief period amid Corona Virus scare that has consumed more than 8000 people across the globe.

    Notably, the epidemic erupted from China followed by Italy are theworst hit so far where 6500 people died from the epidemic.

    However, several Mosques cut short the congregational prayers for 25 minutes during which Imam who led the prayers recited short verses during prayers.

    People who attended Friday prayers were seen masked, however others stayed away from shaking hands with their friends and neighbours.
    At the occasion, faithful without indulging in discussions with friends on roadside, rushed to their homes directly soon after Imam completed Salah.

    However Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith didn’t organize Friday congregational prayers at their units across J&K.

    Eyewitnesses told that people in bulk attended Jamiat led Mosques across the Valley but they organized only Zuhr prayers which left many people disappointed.

    JAMMU, MARCH 19: The Union Government has ordered implementation of 37 Central Laws (envisaged in the Concurrent List) in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
    The order issued by Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs), has been notified in the Gazette of India alongwith a schedule mentioning all 37 central Acts.
    Issued after the nod of Union Cabinet, the order will allow 37 central laws in the Concurrent List to be implemented in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
    This Order will be called the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Adaptation of Central Laws) Order, 2020.
    The provisions will come into force with immediate effect in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, which came into being on October 31, 2019, after the Centre, on August 5, 2019, announced the abrogation of Article 370 provisions for erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir State. The state was bifurcated into two Union territories of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh.
    The adaptation of the central laws in the Concurrent List, with required modifications and amendments, will ensure administrative effectiveness and smooth transition with respect to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir thereby removing any ambiguity in their application in line with the Constitution of India.

    Srinagar March 19:- In view of COVID-19 scare and confirmed case from Srinagar, Child Rights Lawyer requested teachers, social workers to volunteer for providing online classes to students through onscreen, WhatsApp or telephonically.

    Recently the administration of JK has issued orders for the closure of all educational institutions in the event of a outbreak of corona Virus.

    Disruption to classes has resulted in significant losses for institutions and have multiple consequences for students who are forced to put their education on hold. Since the child education was on hold for continuous 6 months in year 2019, Syed Mujtaba said.

    A Renowned Child Rights Lawyer, Syed Mujtaba in Collaboration with ANN JK- a popular Local channel, moved quickly to set up a continuity plan for Onscreen classes and same was started today for students and faculty .

    At present a global pandemic has forced all institutions to consider moving online. Schools, Colleges and universities should work quickly to implement the strategies of online classes, Syed Mujtaba Said.
