Adv Syed Zeshan Lambasted Director Geology Mining for Government Moves How come Director criticize appointment of JKAS for the post of DMO Questions Haq Insaaf Council.

POONCH MAY 05 :– Taking a very serious note of information shared by Director Geology Mining to a local Daily Newspaper,Adv Syed Zeshan has lambasted Director Geology Mining for criticizing decisions taken by LG Administration.In a press note issued here today Adv Zeshan said that Director is criticising policies of LG Administration as a govt servant who has given him the mandate to criticize moves of LG Administration.

Under which Service Conduct Rule a senior Bureaucrat has been empowered to criticize steps initiated by Government to bring transparency and accountability. He can’t give his views on govt decision,.

Why Director failed to highlight how much revenue has increased in last three months after the JKAS Officers took over as DMOs. In addition to this the rates have been controlled as well as the public hue and cry has decreased manifolds.

More than 30 officers mostly Drillers and Drilling Engineers are sitting idle from past 20 years and there job is not mining.Director never bothered to question them about the progress. What progress Jammu drilling wing from past 1 year has made?

Did director had any reply in past how his office used to send proposals of officers like chemist, technical assistants for placement as DMOs inspite of eligible geologists as well as minining officials sitting idle.

The Director is trying to bring back blue eyed favourites, however he failed to see the loss of revenue in crores that these blue eyed officers have caused.

Most Importantly why we fail to understand that geological mining is not only about sand, bajri or river bed material it’s about major minerals like coal, sapphire, bauxite, limestone so why Director failed to utilise his so called 30 technical experts to explore rich major mineral wealth of Jammu Kashmir by and increase govt revenue.

When Government posted a JKAS officer as HOD and in the year 2020-21, we have seen the drastic change in defunct and morally corrupt department where for the first time online auction of minor minerals took place which lead to 100 times increase in revenue and rest is history.

I am shocked that If a driller can be posted as DMO then why not a JKAS officer Questions Zeshan.
