Rajouri March 03:– A man wanted in a case of gunshot incident that took place on Wednesday in Chakli Bagla village of Rajouri has been arrested within 24 hours of the commission of crime.
SSP Rajouri Chandan Kohli said that an information was received on Wednesday afternoon that a man identified as Pritam Kumar son of Des Raj resident of Chakli Bagla village of Rajouri got injured after he was fired upon by a relative over some dispute.
” Man was shifted to Rajouri hospital where his treatment started while cognizance of the matter was taken in Chingus Chatyar police post and investigation was started by a team of police headed by Insp. Ashish Chowdhary.” SSP said.
He informed that during investigation, accused identified as Pawan Kumar son of Kishori Lal resident of Chakli Bagla have been arrested.
” Accused was on run but a police team raided at multiple locations and nabbed the accused.” said SSP.
