Handwara August 05 A grand welcome was organised in the honour of Dy. Chief Education Officer Kupwara HQ Handwara Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat , in the office chambers of principal BHSS HANDWARA. On the occasion was graced by many esteemed dignitaries including S.H.O Handwara Z.E.O Handwara, Tehsildar Handwara, other dignitaries, with limited participation of students and media freternity.
On the occasion Principal Rafiq Ahmad Mir said thst Manzoor was a part and parcel of the institution and has tirelessly worked for the betterment of students . The staff, students,and Principal BHSS HANDWARA honoured the with bunches of flowers loaded with love and wished that the expectations are high with the sun of the soil.
