Mandi, May 31:-‘Red Ribbon Club and Psychological Counselling Cell of Govt.Degree College Mandi organized online Inter College Posters making Competition to Celebrate the “World No Tobacco Day”Govt.Degree College Mandi organized online inter college posters making competition on the topic” Quit Smoking Before it Quits You ” in which most of the students participated With great zeal and zest.The event was conducted under the able guidance of Principal Dr.Mohd Azam. In his audio messsge ,he also threw light on the topic and said that the main aim of organizing such events is to spread awareness among the Common masses in general and young minds in particular.It is pertinent to mention here that, in this competition, the best three posters have been selected for awarding the appreciation Certificate. Naiema Akther Student of Semester 4th bagged 1st position Whereas Vaseema Akther and Raheen Kouser Secured 2nd and 3rd position respectively.The event was adjuged by Dr.Makhan Din, Dr.Mahboob Ahmed and Prof.Hanna Sabha.The event was Convened and coordinated by Dr.Aurangzeb Anjum, Dr Abdul Razaq and Dr.Shiraz Mir with the effective and painstaking effort.
