Master asked to explain his position in viral audio clip, CEO.

Rajouri March 24:–Chief Education Officer (CEO) Rajouri had initiated an inquiry being conducted by a committee of two Principals after an audio clip of a conversation between him and a girl student goes viral on social media.
The incident had created resentment among a large number of people in the area.

In the inquiry report submitted by the committee it was authenticated that the voice in the audio clip is of the Master (name withheld) posted in higher secondary school (HSS) at Kotranka .
In the viral audio clip, besides long conversation between both, the Master was forcing the girl repeatedly to come to his room (at Kotranka) to collect a gift while the girl denied doing so and agreed to collect the gift in the school.
As the audio clip goes viral on the social media network and as per the contents of the allegation, Ch Gulzar Hussain, the Chief Education Officer (CEO) has attached the teacher at another school and also initiated an inquiry.

”Keeping in view the contents of the allegations as well as viral audio clip on social media, pending inquiry the Master of government higher secondary school, Kotranka is hereby attached in HSS at Chingus with immediate effect,” CEO order dated March 22 read.

The principal of HSS, Kotranka has also authenticated the voice of the master in the viral audio clip and has demanded severe punishment for this act.
The inquiry committee members in their report have also recommended strict action in this matter.

However, the inquiry committee members also recommended giving a mercy chance to the Master.

Chief Education Officer, Ch. Gulzar Hussain on Tuesday issued a show- cause notice to the Master to explain his position before any action.
“Before an action could be initiated, a chance is hereby given to explain our position. Your detailed reply must reach (in my office) through Principal HSS, Chingus (where attached till pending inquiry) on or before March, 25,” read the show cause notice.

“Failing which it shall be presumed that you have nothing to say in our defense & disciplinary proceedings under Rule, as warranted, shall be initiated against you” the notice further read.
